This is our third purchase for our 13 month old granddaughter. Everything has arrived within 1-2 days at most, and always packed very carefully. The product quality has been consistently fabulous, and our granddaughter has loved every minute of her new toys. Very highly recommended.

I love My 1st Years’s product range and the fact that personalisation is free on most products. I ordered two custom picture frame and both are lovely quality. The customised part - the print on the photo mat - is ever so slightly blurry, not quite the quality finish I was expecting but all in all the product is still very good and I can’t complain. The free gift box was very generous and of a really high quality, and the items were packed well. My only disappointment was the filling material used in the packaging to protect it from damage. It got absolutely everywhere and left a sort of cardboard straw in all of the creases of the gift box and product boxes. It also marked the gift boxes a dirty brown in places which has wiped off fine but took me about twenty minutes of picking bits out and then vacuuming my dining room. I would order again and think the service was good but might suggest that the company rethink its packaging ever so slightly.

Fantastic service... Day after I ordered when I read over recipient's address I noticed it was wrong, I emailed and a lady called Kathleen emailed me back even although it was the weekend saying she would manually amend. I explained it was so important it got there as couldn't visit due to lockdown and she was so understanding
The item I ordered was made and delivered very quickly and is adored. Not often you get such a personal touch. Will order again

After using my 1st years on many occasions I have never had a problem before. Unfortunately on this occasion I was sent the incorrect product. Ines from the customer service team was very helping a made sure the correct product was sent out ASAP and arrived on my daughters birthday. She didn’t get to open it in the morning but that’s was ok. The only reason I have given a 4 star is because of the mistake, otherwise I would of given a 5. My daughter absolutely loved the play kitchen and would still continue to use My 1st years again.

I paid for next day delivery and after a week it still didn’t arrive. So I emailed asking where it was and how I’m not happy paying for a service I didn’t get and I was told I was going to get a refund and the gift was going to be delivered in 1-2 days neither of those promises have been carried out. I spent £28 pounds for the full service and not happy that I havnt even had the gift yet!

I bought a personalised baby grow and vest, both came in a beautiful gift box that my friend can reuse, the quality is also lovely, really nice gift, arrived in a timely fashion, also regular offers and discounts if you sign up, I got 15% off. Really worth the price for the quality and presentation

Ordered a personalised gift, a large bear playmat, for my niece's new baby on the Thursday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. My niece and her husband were delighted and said it was a gorgeous gift. They had been predicting a Wednesday delivery so really impressed at how quickly they turned it around as they had to put the baby's name on it as well. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again as I have had other items from them and never been disappointed.

I ordered the frame very last minute and it came within a couple of days! Also it was very well packaged ensuring no damage to the item at all.

I have bought several items from you now . All have been brilliant apart from the tractor and trailer and the little toy pram . The pram was too flimsy and certainly not worth the money . It’s very light weight and in pushing a toddler would probably tip it over . Nicely made but not robust enough . The tractor and trailer were quite difficult to put together following the instructions . The trailer is a nice size but the tractor is really really small . I have an eighteen month old baby and he sat on the seat but it’s too low for them to get proper leverage to move . Also the hook to link the two isn’t adequate and the trailer keeps falling away .
