We make 3d selfie 3d figurine made of sandstone just from your photo

Our MAX CROSSED THE RAINBOW BRIDGE. We were searching for a figurine to place on the box with his remains. From 3 photos, 3DSELFIE created a perfect sculpture of him. We are extremely pleased with our sculpture.

We ordered the figurine of our late furbaby and was told that we'd get to see the graphic file prior to it being printed for approval. Unfortunately it didn't happen as a result the figure we received was not exactly like her. We could have provided more pictures to have all angles covered but can only load 4 files and was told they will request more pictures if needed. Our dog was white but the colour came out as a greyish muddy white. The quality of the figurine is not exactly matching the prices paid (USD150 for a 4" size). And I guess these would work better for short hair dogs. Also you can't really trust their website reviews and the 4-5 stars reviews are displayed on their site. They screened out any 3 and below stars.

I was initially cynical about the product that I would receive from My3dSelfie. I gave them photos of my wife to design a 3d figurine from the photos. I received the product before Valentine's day and the result was amazing. I was really happy and completely satisfied with the figurine that I received. When I gifted it to my wife, she hugged me and was really amazed at the quality of the work. It matched the photo of my wife exactly like I wanted. I want to thank the My3dSelfie team for this wonderful gift and timely delivery. The communication was perfect, their response time was quick. I would certainly recommend My3dSelfie to others. The product delivered to me is pretty good. The photos I provided of my grandmother were not of good quality.They were in black and white, not a digital one. However they were able to design the figurine with 85-90 percent accuracy. It is a 5 star work but I am giving 4 star in the review because of the 85-90% resemblance.They kept me apprised of the working of the figurine. I will be sure to order again from My3dSelfie soon!

I ordered a figurine of my late grandmother to be designed by My3dSelfie. Even though the photos were not of good quality(old photographs), they made the figurine look realistic and exactly as I have my grandmother in my memory. I was initially afraid whether I paid to the right company. I emailed a few times back and forth, but their customer relationship was impressive. They kept me appraised of the design and even allowed me to view a render image of the 3d figurine before it was printed. When I received the final product, I was extremely impressed by their artwork and their accurate representation from the photos. I would recommend My3dSelfie to anyone who would like a 3d selfie from photos.

I've never written a negative review. Unfortunately, I want someone to learn from my bad experience. If you use My3dSlefie, (1) make sure you get renderings from a face forward view and side view. Also, they are very responsive and time aware when they are trying to sell you their service. However, once you actually leave a deposit, the communication is very difficult. Customer Service said they would send me a rendering in 2 days, and I would never hear back- I always had to follow up with them on their own timelines. So (2) be prepared to constantly follow up with them to get a response even based on their own self-defined deadlines. And (3) before they ship you a final product, please ask them to inspect it before it is sent out- apparently there is often a reddish residue on the face that cannot be washed or cleaned off that often happens with their 3d printing. If they physically send you this reddish hued bust, you will have to pay to get a new one created. Unfortunately, my process has lasted nearly 70 emails back and forth over the course of a year. I have already told them they need to manage expectations better and to follow up when they say they will follow up. I also suggested to them to have some quality control inspection process before a final product is shipped out. The quality of the bust itself was not good due to the reddish hue all over the face and due to the lack of likeness to the original photos. I am moving on with a place that does 3d scans to produce a better more accurate product. This experience with My3dSelfie has been a waste of time, money and effort. I hope this advice helps if you still decide to go with My3DSelfie.

They did everything in their power to get me the item prior to Christmas, which was great. The sculpture was cute and my daughter liked it but it was not representative of the pictures I provided of the Corgi. The legs were a little long and it had a tail which it should not have.

My3dselfie did not look like the photograph I provided. The 2d photo that was provided was right on point. I was disappointed when I received my figurine. Was not what I expected. I gave an extra star because staff made sure I received My3dselfie before Christmas.

I was hoping to give my sister a unique gift for her birthday. I ordered my figurine well in advanced. I also provided professional photos ( I am a photographer). Two and a half months later I still hadn't received a delivery confirmation. When I inquired about the status several times, I was told a different excuse each time. The first excuse was it was being prepped for shipment, then the quality wasn't satisfactory so it was sent back to be redone, then the photos sent were poor in quality and for me to send more photos. I then requested to be refunded and that started another battle. So much for something special. I received very unprofessional responses to my inquires and the harassment in trying to have this company to return my money was a nightmare!

I ordered a bust of our grandson for my wife for Christmas. Paid $50 extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery. It did not arrive until after Christmas. Was shipped USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. Anyone who absolutely has to meet a deadline would never ship via USPS. So my wife's major present was not there Christmas morning. When the bust finally arrived we were very disappointed. Not only did it look like a generic boy much older than our grandson, it had red outlines around the hair and eyes, and it looked like he had lipstick on. I got the extra shipping cost back by going through VISA. The people at MY3DSELFIE never offered even a partial refund, an apology, or to remake the bust. I know 3D printing can be well done because my daughter has one that looks astonishingly like her...from another company. I cannot recommend using MY3DSELFIE.
