Ordered an engraved sign in a 4x4 size---asked for that size an got 6x6. Also ordered a specific font SIZE of 18 point---got 24 point. On top of that they changed my name to a Mrs. withOUT telling me---did not want that. The website is DISJOINTED and BADLY needs help. BE

Sign builder is excellent, value is spot on, but changing your order is one of the most difficult things I've come across!
Need to have a "quantity" option after adding something to the cart. It was very difficult to increase the quantity of signs & I almost gave up and didn't after a little bit. Look at what amazon does with their cart - try to emulate it, it really is best in class to add/delete/alter without leaving the "pay line"

Ordered two 2"x6" outdoor engraved signs. Each sign was different but extremely easy to order. Excellent price. Love the free shipping for orders over $25.

Ordering was easy but the editing option didn't seem to work and I really wanted a 3" x 5" plaque but couldn't figure out from the website if that was an option.

So, nearly two years ago, I ordered my first signs. I needed something eye catching and something that I could use magnets with on my metal doors. I found that with these nicely printed plastic signs. Then, everyone was asking for our passowrd for our studio internet and I was tired of giving it out so, I ordered some nice metalic finished small signs to put up around the studio. They look GREAT. Very professional and neat. Something that I can take with us in our upcoming expansion. In the meantime, we have been spending more time in our studio/office space next door and have missed deliveries...Ordered another sign! So, I am a triple return customer and you will be too! Easy peasy!

In less than 5 minutes I was able to get the exact product I needed for our company. I haven't received it yet, but if the product is delivered as promised, I give this site 5 stars all around. The effort need to complete my transaction was less than expected, which when ordering a custom anything is hardly an industry standard. Thanks for a well designed process for me to use to complete my order!

It took about a month to get my first order. UPS says it was "damaged", but it took a call from me to get another shipment out to me. Finally, I received my order, but I made a mistake on the first order and had to order replacements.... no issue. Second order came fairly quick, but I missed a ordering a tag on the second order. It cost me $5.99 to ship ONE 1x3 mailbox tag. Decent produce, delivery service quasi and shipping a rip....
