I paid $300 for a fully customized couple. I sent clear pictures (from a professional photoshoot) and gave description of eye color etc. The faces looked NOTHING like the people I wanted to gift these to. Furthermore, the painting was sloppy (hairline completely smudged) and the hands came broken. They will not give refund after back/forth of 10 emails. Only offering 20% refund for the broken hand...as if I could possibly give these as a gift with broken hands. Oh, and the eyes of one person are blue when the picture and my description selected Hazel. I'm so disappointed with the quality and even more disappointed with them refusing to issue a full refund. They should be embarrassed at the work they sent me.

I bought their super dad doll only to get a doll that looked nothing like my husband that said "Sipem Dad" Company refused to remake without wanting to charge me more or only offer a 20% discount extremely unhappy

My husband and I got our wedding bobblehead from this company. It was horrible, my children thought they were very scary and weird looking. They looked as if there was no effort put into it. I contacted myfacebobbleheads and they stated it's nothing they can do. I wasted time and money. Never again!

This company is really outside the country pretending to be a US firm. No one returns emails and it takes at least 2 month to deliver an order on top of the one month to produce the bobble head. The head does not really shake and my order was damaged when made and not from delivery. Quality control lacking. I suggest you go elsewhere

I provided this company two pictures in accordance with their instructions. They advertise how similar the bobblehead will look to the pictures, which is obviously what you expect. I received the order very late and when I opened it I literally thought they sent the wrong bobblehead. I emailed and they said it was correct. I explained nothing in the model was the same as the picture. NOTHING! Their answer was "it is up to the artists interpretation of the picture". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I made every attempt to have them remake the bobblehead or give me a refund. I received nothing! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

My poor children spent all of their hard earned money to get their father the best Father's Day gift they could. He loves fishing and they thought they could get him a bobble head fishing statue. It was the worst experience of my life! It did not arrive until one week after Father's Day even though we ordered it six weeks ahead of time! Plus the bobble head looks nothing like him even though we sent them a very clear close up picture. My husband is very dark skinned and they sent us a white statue! The details on the statue were horrible!! Please please please don't waste your money! My five-year-old could do a better job!

I bought 2 for my kids. I sent the pictures as instructed but when they sent the picture of bobbleheads it looked nothing like pictures. I asked for modifications and they kept sending the same picture back. I asked for money back on both and they just ignored it and sent it anyway. I paid the extra fee for 2 custom boobleheads. The dress on my daughter was green with flowers, the bobble head dress was black and red. My kids look totally different but the booblehead head were identical. This is another Chinese scam! Stay away. 300$ lost.

The order took them 30+ days after spending more for the VIP delivery to expedite. They refused to communicate just sent 2 times a generic script signed by an AMY. No tracking provided until the last minute and that just showed me how they made a lable and didnt take it to the post office for an extra 2 weeks. Worst part its supposed to be a bobble head. Guess what its not the head doesnt move at all, the doll is cheaper then a barbie at the dollar store and the face looks nothing like my dad! They dont care either - they refuse to call or email you back. They dont refund or redo like they advertise. Horrible company - Horrible people. What a disgrace.
