While I love the designs, I'm not too pleased with the fact that I have to send an email to get the file compatible with the software that I am using. However, that will not deter me from future purchases. As stated in an email that I received, there will be a resolution to that issue. I look forward to having some custom designs in the near future. Thank you for your prompt response to my email on Friday.
