The customer service was number one in recommending the best product and version of MYOB to compliment the current program i have. Very quick and professional......would recommend it to anyone!

Apple has stated for years that it would upgrade to 64 bit OS.
MYOB knew for years that AccountEdge Pro was outdated software, but sold it anyway.
MYOB initially said it would provide an upgrade for Accountedge Pro customers.
MYOB has since reneged on this commitment and abandoned AccountEdge Pro customers.
Zero motivation to buy next accounting software from MYOB.

Ive been using this outdated, poorly designed and bug ridden software for 2 years. I have to use it as I bought it with my business and cannot migrate away.

Had to wait over two hours but really didn't have a choice as I needed the problem solved (problem wasn't solved )was told to ring ATO . Luckily I had work to do while I was waiting ,

I have used an older version of Myob for 10 years and Myob are making it almost impossible for me to use it now, even though it is all I need. I "chatted" with a very unhelpful man trying to find out about updating and have left with no answers. Not sure where to turn now.

This product has cut my office work down and when the accountant wants answers he just looks it up and he just pushes a button and he get his work for me done so mush faster. Thansk for a gret product.

I favour the MYOB product, however I have found that the telephone or chat response time for product support queries has been increasing over the past couple of years or so. Frustratingly I have found that the first people I speak to are inexperienced and I have needed to be put through to a ‘specialist’ on a significant proportion of my queries. The on hold time yesterday for my call to be transferred to the specialist was 1 hr 45 minutes (I was advised it would be 40 minutes), luckily I was able to continue working on other matters while waiting.
We are in difficult times, however yesterday was not an isolated incident.

Always good subject to internet speed
Finding names is still a pain as we have hundreds of first 4 letters
Account right off line was good but the box has gone with this version

Once I finally managed to speak to someone by phone (took well over 1.5 hrs, but then we are in lockdown and everyone is having to manage as best as they can at present), the help I received was much better than trying to get support online. We managed to sort out all the queries I had. Many thanks.

Spoke t approx 6 people so far if this is the way they treat customers its not acceptable

Disappointed that Ipurchased last version of V19 never had a problem with it then I keep getting a notice to ring support to verify to get a number to reactivate Then told I would have to ring back every 24 days to get another number and only solution was to pay a fee monthly for 12months Then after two to three weeks all of a sudden can’t use software and have to ring support I feel I have been conned and gouged But I suppose that how you make money for share holders !

I have been the use of MYOB desktop version and AccoutRight for over 20 years for my bookkeeper business. It used to be very good products, however with AccoutRight online, the font is too small and has no option to make a

I have been using MYOB desktop version for more than 10 years and was having issues with accessing my software and after reinstalling the software I was able to get it to the stage where the company confirmation window appears, knowing I would not be able to do it online I took the chance and called the number, was contacted in about 5 minutes and asked to have the software reconfirmed but was told that it was not possible to do that because of the window version I was running and I was a bit annoyed that I could not use the licence anymore, but was told that I could upgrade to AccountRight. All the forums I had visited didn't share that you could get a desktop version of the software and that you would have to use the online version. I was told that I could use the upgrade as a desktop version if that's what I preferred, I was walked through the process of downloading the software and installing it on my computer and customer service person was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. I have installed the software and is about to use the software, I have done a quick check , it looks like all the data file migrated correctly, so I was very happy with my experience thanks

I have been using this product now for 25 years and find it to be a genuine accounting package. Product is great but customer service in dealing with billing issues has become a real problem with me and unresolved to date.

I have been a long-term user of MYOB AccountRight - +15 years.
It used to be a pretty good product - certainly better than competitors - but that has just about flipped around over time with the exception of report options.
Every upgrade seems to come with a new set of issues, that often lead to the same outcome - corrupted files, lost work, lost time.
Good luck getting help from "customer service"! You can often spend at least an hour on hold, and the one nice person here and there is lost in a sea of rude, dismissive, incompetent CSR's.
All-in-all the pricing is just about the steepest on the market, but you overpay for an outdated, clunky, unreliable, frustrating piece of software that has increasingly become an utter piece of garbage.
Don't waste your time and money on this dinosaur - look elsewhere - we are!

I have been using MYOB for more than 25 years, I still consider it to be the best accounting system available, apart from some speed issues, it is very user-friendly, has great flexibility and reports.

After waiting a week for a reply to an email for help I called them, I had the pleasure of waiting over 1 hour to get help. They did help but I don't know why we pay them.

I control 3 low level accounts where there are only one principle and one employee. To pay $48 per month for this is extortion when i the past I used MYOB Classic for no cost after purchasing the programme
