One of my items was damaged but the person I spoke with, Alex, was so nice and very helpful and I’m expecting my replacement tomorrow (I only contacted the store yesterday so it’s great to have my replacement item arriving so quickly under the circumstances) so would happily purchase from this company again.

Ordered a dimmer switch and faceplate. Good selection of products. fast delivery. Unfortunately I couldn't use the face plate as the back box was not deep enough to accommodate the dimmer so used a normal (plastic) dimmer face plate.
