This is my second year using MyTaxPrepOffice and in comparison to the glitches I encountered last year, this year is a breeze. They have enhanced the program and it is definitely more user friendly. Not to mention the cost is excellent. If I run into a problem, technical support is just a phone call away. They usually resolve my issue with just one call. If this year continues to be such an ease of use, then they may have me for life if the price remains stable. Thanks for making my job easier this year.

We have used this software for years for both business and personal returns, and have been very pleased with it for the value. Their lack of quick phone support, or the return needing to be sent to their Tax Analyst when something isn't calculating correctly or we as tax payers are doing something wrong, we overlook due to the great online help and email correspondence, and the value of the product that allows us to give our clients better pricing, and keep more profit for our company.

MyTaxPrepOffice is an awesome value. Its functionality compared to its price is out of this world. I have had occasions where forms that should auto-populate within the program did not do so but had the situation corrected by customer service. Overall MyTAXPrepOffice is a great tax preparation system.

Started using MyTAXPrepOffice tax software program in 2019. Had some concerns early on, but was able to get great tech support. As with any new software package, there was a period of learning how to use the new tax software versus my old tax software package. I deal mainly with individual personal tax returns and therefore unable to comment on any partnership or corporation applications. One may need to evaluate MyTAXPrepOffice based on what their tax practice needs are.

I have been using this software since it's beginning and have never had any problems. When I did have issues, they were quickly solved. The team is quick to resolve any questions or concerns and work hard to provide an efficient software to prepare and file taxes. Thank you for your services and I will continue to use this software until I retire from filing taxes

I have been using mytaxprep for a while as I do volunteer tax services as well. I referred other small tax owners to mytaxprep and was thanked a lot for letting them know about this software. I had some issues in the first couple years with calculations and some forms not auto populating. Yet it has improved year by year. With any software I think it's important to check your work. Response time via chat is decent during the tax season with knowledgeable agents. Thank you!!!

Would like to share that, I feel at ease and support by MyTAXprepOffice, after 3 yrs with another software company. MyTaxprepOffice are always available for support and there products are affordable and many of them included with price. I started using My Tax Prep Office in 2018, I have never been so happy. I love tech support because i can keep working and talk to them at the same time and not have to be on hold at all. Tech support is always right there at your side. The software is very user friendly and i would never go back to any other software. The price is just right and i can go on and on, but you will not regret your purchase.Happy Tax Season

I come from a big box tax prep experience. The first year 2015 was a learning curve, the continued updates, improvements and constant availability to get things fixed has been the most beneficial for me. Many benefits to see where your submitted files are, and ease at clearing up the items that need attention in the preview tab. I look forward to the next tax year 2019 and using the new tools and portals to enhance the client relationships. Great product for the support, price and service.

I've been with MyTAXPREP Office going on 5yrs. I enjoy my locked in prices as well as making arrangements on final payments to ensure I'm ready for the season. More savings extremely affordable. Continuous support by phone and email. I applaud the updates and changes within software making everything helpful and user friendly. If anyone have a problem, I would say different stroke of different folks.

I have done taxes for 30+ years, always dreaded the price of my software each year. I cannot believe the quality and affordability of MyTaxPrep Office. I have been completely satisfied. The support is awesome and even with an unbeatable price, the support is better than my old software program (ATX) that cost me triple the money every year. Thank you for making such a great product that offers huge cost savings as well.

I have been a client since the start of this company and although the first couple of years was tough, they always worked hard to solve problems and the staff is so very helpful. Over the last 4 years, they have added features that make my job as a tax preparation specialist easier and easier. You must take the training and work on sample returns because every software program is different.

This software is the best. I have my own small business and my tax prep office makes it easy to keep track of all my clients and great for entering tax payer information. I have used the online help several times and they respond rapidly and I have never had a problem that they could not work out ASAP. Happy Customer

I called in today and needed help/question about a file. The representative, Kachjae was so knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. She immediately took control of my computer and in a few minutes saw what the problem was and solved it. She was excellent and professional. This is my second year in using the program and I love it. I would recommend My TaxPrepOffice to all my friends and business associates. Thank you so much!!!!!

When the sales person approached me in September 2019, he stated that the software provides client portal for data exchange, the software had the capacity to convert returns from my exiting platform, their tech support was comparable to Drake Tax and many upgrades were coming. Surprise! Today is January 7, 2020 and they are still struggling with the conversions, the portal is iffy at best and no one answers the phones. Its a joke! I have requested a refund! Let's see how that goes! Its a joke!

This is my first year using this software and I am very pleased with all the useful features. the software is extremely useful during peak season because it has so many helpful features.I love the cloud system because I can access the software anywhere. I love the signature pad and the ability to send and receive information from the clients. I just love it and see a very long future with this company

Going on three years using, always have my doubts about renewing, It had problems in the past, one year it didn't calculate the state refund properly and one mayor problem that they haven't yet overcome is the populating all the forms needed for the status the person is filing on, I don't recommend this software for a beginner, You need to be a PRO prepare or at least know what you are doing or you will miss on some credits if you don't add the forms yourself. What I love the most is that it includes all the states for the money.

This will be my third tax season using this software. Thankfully I have not had the problems that many of the reviewers have experienced. 2017 was very frustrating but with their help I made it through. My main complaint is the State. It is always so late being approved and you have to really check the calculations closely. For Virginia, it often miscalculates the allocation between the Spouses. I had several returns last year that calculated a state refund and taxpayers received a letter from the State stating that their return has been corrected. Very embarrassing to a Tax Accountant with over 40 years experience. I always used Drake which in my opinion is the best you can buy. However I am now semi-retired and only prepare less than 100 returns. Drake would be too expensive for me now. My biggest concern is the State portion of the software. I am expecting 2019 software to be much better, but you can bet I will pay close attention to the calculations which really slows preparation down. I would suggest that they hire more people who understand taxes to answer chat. Sometimes takes a while to get an answer. If this year causes the same problems, I will return to Drake for their pay per return for small businesses and pass the cost along to my clients.

This will be my third year using the program and I have had some glitches and some forms not populating as they should in the past but overall with the help of customer service support and also experiencing the program itself on my own I find it to be worth the money. And with the improvements of the program this year it is much easier. Thanks MyTAXPrepOffice and keep improving the software.

I am in my 5th year using this software, and very pleased with its performance and affordability. In 18 years, I have gone from premium through middle of the road tax softwares, switched to this after two consecutive years of apologies from my prior software provider. Initially, it was sometime different and somewhat difficult as you will expect with a new tax software program, but it gets increasingly easier to use with time. There are still a few commonly used forms that are not provided, but I am hoping they will get there in the years ahead. The customer service has immensely improved, no longer having to waiting two to three days to receive response after uploading returns for review. Above all, "the price is right". I will recommend them to friends.
