This is the third time I have booked with the my holiday centre group and the representative that provided customer service, Charlotte - was the best that I have had and ultimately was the reason that we booked.

We have used My Thailand to organise all our holidays to Thailand with excellent results.
We have returned to My Thailand on several occasions because their package deals are such good value and travel arrangements organised for you. Highly recommended!

Follow up was hard at times, travel advisor not always there, and the second or third person was not in tune with previous discussions. Not everything stated as clear as it should have been.

The My Thailand staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly and made our trip to Thailand a very positive, enjoyable and unforgettable trip.
Their help in planning meant that we could thoroughly relax, with all of our transfers organised for us.

The quality of the package (which included airfares with 20kg luggage check-in, airport transfers, five beers and lunches and breakfast everyday during my stay at a wonderful resort) offered was great for a single traveller! Without this package, as a single traveller, the trip would have been much more expensive.

Lawson Dibb has really great customer service, he answered all my questions and succeeded in meeting my requirements for what we hope is going to be an amazing holiday. He was friendly, professional and engaging and obviously enjoys what he does, it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Always get good service from the "MY" organisation, however as booking was 6 months ago it is not top of mind in regards to the specific nitty gritty of the experience

On 28th December I received an email offer that needed to be accepted on that day.

I phoned. Your phone queue left me hanging, so I took the option of leaving a message to call me back...twice. Later that day, I emailed a request to book 4 adults, plus my phone numbers... No return phone call or email....My gut feel after this lack of any reply was that this is a probably scam.

Next day I Phoned again..... Against my Wife's wishes...

Only because I was able to confirm we travelled with you guys last year to Hawaii, as part of the Vermont South Bowls club trip....

Automated systems are useless unless the staff they are designed to support know how to use them to their advantage. Or as I suspect, your automated system simply flushes enquiries to save your people the effort.

I dealt with Bianca Nicolia (who I later found out was new to My Thailand). She was extremely helpfull, very professional and made the whole process very easy. I called and made enquiries about a holiday within hours had a quote by email. Within a few days and a few more quotes we booked the holiday. I made numerous phone calls and nothing was a trouble to Bianca, she was very nice to deal with. We had used my holiday last year for a holiday to Hawaii and had the same experience with Chloe Stableford. I have already recommended them to two friends who used them for holidays to Fiji last year and they were also very happy with the service and holiday. We will definitely use My Holiday for our next holiday.

Excellent service , easy to book through My Thailand have used them before as well as My Bali makes organising a holiday affordable and reliable.

attitude and service, Over the last 8 years we have booked a number of holidays through My ,,,,,,,,,,,,,. and as well as Thailand we have a holiday booked to New Caledonia in February 2017. Prior to the Thailand booking we have always had excellent service and help with My ,,,,,,,,, staff.
