I was sceptical with online services, but needn't have to worry, perfect price and was always emailed and kept informed about the process it was in and now have my samsung unlocked from a well known company who I had huge problems with , but Netpal saved me any more hassle and came to the rescue within 3 days . Took a couple of days but this was a simple, painless process with regular status updates as to the current progress. The phone is now unlocked and everything is working absolutely fine.

Unlocked my brand new Samsung S10e from EE in just 5 hours. Would have needed to wait 6 months for EE to do it, for around the same price. Can't fault them in any way. Relieved to find a genuine reputable site after reading horror stories of scam sites that take your money and then ask for extortionate secondary charges.

Bought a Vodafone locked Huawei on eBay, didn't want to wait the 30 days so tried these guys. Think it took 2 working days but was updated at every stage. When the code came through, popped the SIM in entered the code and bingo! Everything works and the phone is now unlocked. Thanks.

Great service, very good price, as my local phone shop quoted me £25 for the unlock code, which they said would come back 2 to 8 hrs. No problems code worked first time. paid for service at 1PM Monday and my code was sent to me by 8AM Tue morning, very happy thanks guys. Top Service

I bought a new Vodafone contract phone and was told it could not be unlocked for 3 months also I tried unlocking it on Ebay which failed. I found Netpal and within 1 hour the sent me a code that worked!! Unbelievable service thank you very much

I had just inherited a UK Vodafone locked Galaxy S9 from my sister, which I then took to NetPal to get it unlocked for my Norwegian IceNet SIM :) The whole process was painless and very quick, costing less than a tenner and taking less than 3 days to sort out. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service, and whilst I would like to praise the customer service too.. I honestly don't know, since I never had cause to contact them ^_^ Fast, cheap, efficient, I would wholeheartedly recommend NetPal to anyone hoping to remove a network lock on their phones.

Nepal got my unlock code and i'm now a "happy bunny" again. The only groan I have is how long it took, I got nothing from them after stage 2 untill I sent an enquiry email asking for an update. Then within 10 minutes they answered with my code. I would still recommend them despite the wait. Regards Tony

I was dubious at first, but with PayPal protection I knew I was protected. The process was very easy to follow. It took 4 days to complete and that included the weekend. I received an email very shortly after a concern and the issue was rectified immediately. I would use the NetPal again and I would recommend to others. The cost was also really good. It was less than £20 to unlock my phone.

I've got a Huawei that was locked to Vodafone and after a quick Google on how to unlock it I came across this company. I thought what have I got to lose except a few quid. I put in the details they wanted, paid my money and waited. On the website it said in 1-5 days I would get my unlock code. Just over 24 hours later I recieved my code and had an unlocked phone. I was very impressed. There were no hidden costs and no issues at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a phone unlocked and will use them again for any other locked phones I might have.
