the produce was exactly what we wanted - the order came sooner than expected - there was a piece of it that was on back order but it ended up coming all together which was great. I had questions about deliver date and it was answer immediately, very quick customer service which is a huge plus for me. my only critique is price, the items I ordered were comparable but at the same time I felt over priced for what it was - of course your competitors were equally over priced in my option - MRI stuff just seems to be very pricey.
