I ordered a rug in early January. My CC was charged on the day of the order. When the rug had not arrived in 3 weeks, I called Nilima only to be told that it was backordered until late Feb. I agreed to wait. When the rug still had not arrived in late Feb., I called again requesting a refund and was given the runaround. I still keep receiveing backorder notices in mid March. The charges are now being disputed on my CC. I was never able to speak with someone who could help me - I wastold that the phone rep would have to caontact the "main office" but she coukd not give me their contact info. Do not buy from this company. They are crooked!!

It has been over two weeks and to date,I have not received my merchandise, nor have I received an answer as to when my rug will be delivered. I do not consider this good service. In addition, I am beginning to wonder if this a reputable company. I would appreciate hearing from you immediately.

After writing this review, I did receive an email from Nilima Rugs. I want to thank them for responding. They informed me that the rug would be delivered shortly. I will re-evaluate the situation in about two weeks. "Getting Happier"
Today I received my rug from Nilima. They kept me posted on delivery information after the problem in the begining. The rug came well packed and protected. As far as the rug itself is concerned, I couldn't be more pleased. The workmanship and design are superb. "A Very Happy Customer"

Looks great, stays in place. Spills clean up easily.

We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
