I ordered a plant on the website and 3 days after delivery the plant’s leaves turned black and by the 5th day all of the leaves fell off the plant. Noah claimed it was because it wasn’t watered enough which is ridiculous. Such poor customer service and the product is terrible.

This was my second purchase.
For my first purchase, I bought Tecoma Stans and Camellia azalea.
For my second purchase, I bought Hibiscus Mutabilis f. Plenus (Chinese Rose), Hoya Compacta and Crossandra infundibuliformis (Firecracker Flower).
Wide selection of plants. Easy to order. Prompt delivery. All are healthy, lovely plants.

Really disappointed in their customer service. Had two bad experiences after giving them a second chance. They are unreliable.

First bought some gifts for a friend, including a plant to be repotted. I was only alerted that the pot was out of stock on the morning of delivery (two days after dispatch was notified). Given that they had to repot the plant, how can they not have known earlier? The pot in question was the main reason for the order, the other items were incidental. I feel that they don't let you know so you don't cancel your order.

They offered free delivery for my next order so I tried again. I ordered a plant and a bag of soil for deliver for someone's birthday. The gift was mainly the plant. This time I was told delivery was successful, but later in the day they changed their mind and I was told they had only delivered the soil as the plant was out of stock. Again, dispatch had been notified two days earlier. As this was a birthday gift it ended up being that they received a bag of soil for their birthday. When I complained they just didn't seem to understand why I was upset. I won't be using them again.
