People that embark on the road to renovations would know the exemplified stress levels involved. The rewarding part of the experience is when you meet professionals that are there with the right mindset to help you. A special mention to Anthony Bloomfield - a Nobby kitchen designer like no other. Very responsive, efficient, direct and respectful of your needs. Like how he was introduced to me, he will certainly look after you. You can tell when a person loves their job as it does translate into their work. Keep up the energy Anthony. Thank you for all your help. :)

From the designer Arna Sleishman who was great and exceptionally helpful with her ideas to the glass backsplash finish. Everything went according to plan. The tradesmen all worked together and very efficient. Also the kitchen installer Garry Robbinsis a perfectionist .Couldn.t be happier

A big thank you to all the staff and especially Shaun our Installer. Nobby's are not the cheapest but I believe their quality is the best. Very happy customer, and i would definitely recommend Nobby.

We are 12 months on now from the installation of our new Nobbys kitchen and despite some minor product issues, the tenacity of project manager Alex made it a success. Thank you so much Alex, you're a legend. All the trades used on this job were fantastic, respectful and on time. Would recommend Nobbys for sure!

From the first moment of stepping into Pymble showroom , I knew I was in good hands - this being my first foray into kitchen renovation @ the ripe old age of 75 and recently widowed !
Cannot fault any aspect of this seamless operation .From start to finish,I could’nt believe my good fortune ,with the various trades,designers ,project management- everyone - 5 Star - and just so very happy with the stylish end result .

Even a few glitches that one would expect with an installation of a new kitchen were corrected promptly. We've had our new kitchen for almost 12 months and haven't had any problems with it other than with the Baumatic oven they recommend as part of their kitchen package. The oven has stopped working twice in less than 12 months and I've been waiting almost 3 months for it to be repaired. Poor product and customer service from Baumatic tarnishes the credibility of Nobby's Kitchens which is a shame.

Our kitchen took 3 months from the date we signed the contract and we were told by the designer that it would be 4 weeks. However, the wait turned out to be worthwhile as we are extremely pleased with the final outcome. We have a functional light and bright kitchen which is a pleasure to work in. A bit surprised that bare particle board was not covered where it met the concrete floor. The project manager Jack, was cooperative and responsive and all tradesmen were polite. Cleaning up after making a mess could have been handled more efficiently by some of the tradesmen.

From the showroom consultant to the tradies to the project manager - they all knew their stuff and were very helpful. We visited the showroom on a Saturday afternoon and they worked hard to have a designer to be there the next morning - a Sunday! - as we were on a tight schedule with overseas visitors coming. They promised to have it done within a tight timeframe - and they did! They provided a list of dates and names of the tradespeople and each one called the night before to confirm the time they would be coming. We were not let down once. Our project manager Jack was always on hand to get it perfect - I'm a very discerning customer - and I am very happy to say they got it right and I would highly recommend Nobby. Thank you to all involved.

My kitchen took 6 weeks from rip out to completion. I couldn't be happier.
The tradesman treated me with respect at all times, despite a few hiccups which were resolved promptly & cheerfully by Jack the project manager, I have nothing but positive feedback for Nobby Kitchens. Outstanding quality cabinetry and counters. Barry the tiler went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with my kitchen. Our laminate bench top which was originally installed as part of a new Nobby's Kitchen installation just over two years ago, had developed a relatively small rise on one side of one of the joints in the bench top. I reported this when we first noticed it and Heather was most helpful in arranging for an installer to come and have a look at it. After a period of time in watching what the joint did, as it could change its profile from time to time and for one reason or another. After a further inspection by Project Manager Paul, the decision was taken to fully replace the bench top under warranty and he, Heather and Lauren then finalised all the installation requirements with an Installer, Shaun, and Plumber CJ, completing the job today.
This was a very seamless process right from when the replacement decision was readily made by Nobby's through to when the new bench tops were delivered right on schedule, and the installation which was completed, again, right on schedule this morning.
The whole installation job was completed in two hours, it looks great, and arrangements are being made by Nobby's to collect the old bench top pieces and waste and dispose of them as required.
All in all a great after sales service experience from Nobby's and a special thank you to Paul, Heather and Lauren, plus Shaun and CJ for making it all happen.

It took me many years to finally commit to having the ancient kitchen renovated but thanks to the enthusiasm and guidance from Ros and Stephen at Castle Hill showroom and project manager Jack M, I had full confidence the modernised kitchen will deliver on my vision.
Thanks heaps Jack for your positivity, unlimited patience to answer all my questions during the installation and for providing constructive advice which greatly assisted in my decision making.
I am still amazed at the finished reality and want to thank all involved that made this professional team a great experience to work with. Thank you!

From our first visit to the show room at Castle Hill to the completion of our kitchen it was trouble free and such a great job thanks to Ros at the show room and Anna Hosseini designer and all the trades the kitchen was beyond what we had envisioned.

I must say that Nobby's have been very organised and professional and I do get a buzz of enjoyment every time I walk into our new kitchen and laundry. A bit of time and effort on our part with tile and laminate selection was worthwhile in conjunction with Paul's good design. The tradesmen and the team have all been very prompt, professional and a delight to deal with.

If I could give 10 stars to Nobby's Pymble staff I would. Paul Treseder came up with the most brilliant design for our small inner west kitchen where space was a priority He gave me everything on my wish list (pantry, double drawers, storage with lots of drawers, spice and corner cupboards) when other designers could only give me one. And when problems arose he attended to them straight away and said "if there is a problem we'll fix it" - and he did. I cannot praise him enough - he not only designed but also assisted during implementation. Pat in the showroom was great - I can't recall how much time was spent looking at handles/splashback and caeserstone combinations, she was so patient with it all. Alex Hogan followed up the little bits and pieces that needed fixing post implementation without any prompting and with a good eye for the overall design. He was so helpful and friendly. The back office staff were always lovely to chat to - Heather and Lauren especially. All the trades were professional, would ring the night before, accomodated 7am starts so I could chat to them before I went to work, and did an absolutely brilliant job. I even got some of them back to do things on the rest of the house. And our kitchen is just amazing, looks great and is so functional. Thank you Nobbys!

After 32 years our old kitchen simply had passed its used by date. After shopping around and doing our due diligence we decided upon Nobby Kitchens as they were able to come up with a workable and practical design for our new kitchen within our budget, and we could see actual samples of how it would look by visiting their Castle Hill showroom. The installation was professionally managed by their Project Manager (Paul) and all of the trades arrived on the stipulated dates and completed their work to a most satisfactory standard. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.

Think about Nobby's experience this way: after 75 years in the business, there is probably about 0.01% of all possible problems that can occur in doing kitchens that they have not yet encountered. That was and is a huge value for money advantage - to us.

Add to that that Nobby absolutely own the whole job from start to finish - all trades included. That means if there is anything that needs attention in any way at all, before (in the design phase) during or after the job is done, you have only one number to call - Nobby. That level of job ownership means you will never be told to call this or that tradie. Nobby take everything on board and they make sure your need it is attended to and that you are happy with the answer/outcome before they say "job done".

I am explaining these points because after a lifetime in project management across seven industries, I know what is needed to deliver good results. So I simply compared all the kitchen companies we looked at and other ways of doing the job, including managing it ourselves, with what I have learned. Nobby was an easy choice and for that reason alone, they were the best value for money for us.

By the way, they do have a wide range of options for every aspect of kitchen design, so making decisions was mostly a matter of wandering from one kitchen display to another in their display room. And their depth of knowledge about other options - the ones they choose not to handle - is just another example of the benefit of 75 years of experience. They really do know what they are talking about.

We have the daily smiles and comments to each other that testify to our satisfaction with all that Nobby did for our fabulous kitchen.

From the moment we walked into the display room, to the final inspection from our project manager, Joel, we have nothing but praise for Nobbys. The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Our designer came up with really helpful suggestions. Dean, the installer, was wonderful and a great problem solver. All the tradesman were courteous, and never left any mess. Any minor installation issues were promptly rectified by Joel. Would absolutely recommend Nobbys Kitchens. The whole process was actually enjoyable
