I ordered one of the new movie artifact boxes but it's been backordered until the end of Jan. I received immediate replies from the company with regard to my order.
I've previously ordered Hermione's wand and Time Turner necklace. Both products arrived well and on time and are great quality. I've had no problems with The Noble Collection they're great and have wonderful products.

I don't understand why the website is so poorly reviewed, i have ordered many things off this site and i live in Australia so it is harder for them and yet there service is amazing.

I ordered some items for my daughters birthday one of which was hermione’s red crystal necklace @ £90 for red crystal set in 24ct gold plated sterling silver.

I received the goods and was happy with the service untill I opened the necklace which resembled something out of a Xmas cracker. It felt light And looked far to yellow to be 24ct gold plated and sure enough a magnate confirmed that the necklace wasn’t gold over silver. Another tell tale sign was the fresh water pearls were a deep purple not white which turned out to be coloured resin/plastic on closer inspection.

I called the customer service number and this is where things started to go down hill. The guy on the phone tried convincing me that I was wrong and wouldn’t except what I was telling him untill I’d walked him through a little physics lesson and he finally agreed that sterling silver isn’t magnetic. After talking to him I grew extremely concerned as he had all of the usual banter you’d expect to hear from someone pedalling fake jewelery such as items less that 30g don’t need a hall mark, magnets can’t be trusted due to the fact sterling silver is an alloy etc etc I’m pretty sure I’m not the first to complain!

Anyways Nobel sent me a returns label and replaced the necklace for another, this took 7 days to arrive (and we’ve now missed my daughters birthday) and sure enough I’d received another fake silver necklace with fake crystal and pearls!

While I did get a full refund they would not admit that they were selling the dress version of the necklace which is also available on the site boxed up and labelled as the genuine prop copy.

The fact I got 2 in a row tells me that there is a massive issue either in their warehouse or supply chain and I’d advise any customers to check their jewelery purchased from the Nobel collection

I purchased a 4 wand set from Noble Collection, with a display case. This was a special Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received the box, I opened it to check the 4 wands, display tags and case. Two of the four wands were scratched. Three of the four display tags were scratched to the point you could no longer see the name. I returned the wand set, after begging Noble Collection to pay return shipping. After two weeks, and several email inquiries they refunded only a portion of my order. They would not return the shipping amount and I also had to pay for a pickup from UPS out of my pocket. I not only was out a Christmas gift and had to scramble to replace the set, but then I had to BEG for a return label, pay for a pickup and they only gave me a partial refund. I would not recommend and I won't buy from here again.

I ordered an item in plenty of time for Christmas. Was sent tracking number for Hermes.... Then nothing! A week after my order should have been delivered I emailed to see what was happening and my order was cancelled with no explanation. With a few days to Christmas I can't get the item from anywhere else in time! Totally CRAP service!!!!

I placed a order for Christmas, everything was fine UNTIL then started receiving emails about my address. I then answered all of there questions and I asked a few questions myself as I was starting to feel a little uneasy about the experience I was receiving. Then a email from a women that was extremely rude in her emails told me that she was cancelling my order because I asked a few questions about my order. So without any explanation my order was cancelled and its 8 days until Christmas..My order was a gift for my child. Im deeply upset at this service and the rude horrible treatment I received. Im actually quite horrified that a company can treat there customers so poorly.

I have dealt with this company several times in the past few years and had never had a negative experience until now. At the end of this year I received an email stating that they shipped me a Harry Potter Illuminating Wand to fill an order that I had made with their company previously. I made sure that they knew, via email, that I did not have an order that was unfilled and that they were sending me a duplicate order. They were nice and emailed me a return shipping invoice to be able to return the duplicate item. Unfortunately the duplicate order never arrived to be returned to them and after multiple emails back and forth and a phone conversation with someone in their customer service department who I know was lying to me, I came to discover that they were charging me for an order that was placed in 2009, 15 months later, claiming that I never paid! My records do not reflect this but the person on the phone, who told me that she spoke to someone at my bank and verified all of this personally (lie #1 since my bank said this wasn't true) told me that "if you order something you know you have to pay for it." I have never been treated so rudely in all of my life. The person, Sylvie, also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor regarding the matter. I am now in dispute with them through my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with them again and if you are smart, you won't either. I WAS a very satisfied customer but won't work with a company that openly lies to the customer when there is a problem.

Purchased two "Harry Potter Illuminating Wands" for $39.50 each + $13 shipping. Found the same exact wands the next day at Barnes & Noble retailing for $29.95 each. Contacted the Noble Collection and asked why I was charges approximately $20 more than a retail store. They had no answer and refused to refund the difference -- something most reputable retailers do at this time of year. I can get a refund but have to pay return shipping and will not get the $13 shipping charge I incurred. Feel totally ripped off. Beware buying from this company's web site. You can find their products MUCH CHEAPER at retail stores and have a more satisfying customer experience.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE~~I ORDERED THE GOLDEN COMPASS FROM THE NOBLE COLLECTION, AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SHIPPED ON THE 22ND OF AUGUST....THE POST OFFICE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED ON THE 25TH??? I NEVER RECEIVED A THING FROM THIS COMPANY, AND NOW WE ARE LOCKED IN A DISAGREEMENT WITH THE POSTAL INSPECTORS HERE. THERE WAS NO INSURANCE, NO SIGNATURE, NO NOTHING OTHER THEN A MENTAL POSTAL WORKER CLAIMING HE HANDED ME THE PACKAGE, WHEN "IN FACT IT WAS A "STAR WARS" FIGURE FOR MY SON????? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE...I HAVE CONTACTED THE NOBLE COLLECTION BEGGING FOR HELP..PATTY HEENAN IS BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR, AND WILL NOT HELP ME...I HAVE MY OWN INVESTIGATION GOING ON HERE..."DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NOBLE COLLECTION"......YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM, AND YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR IT......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NOBLE COLLECTION.

I own 8 Harry Potter wands, the 10 wand display case, the Sorting Hat pen holder and all 4 pens, the Dementor Crystal Ball, the Golden Snitch Necklace, the Basilisk and Ukrainian Ironbelly statues from the Creature Collection, the Gringotts Coin Collection and probably more that I'm forgetting at the moment.

The wands are immaculate, true master replicas. They have every detail that the actual wands have, from shape, to color, to design, to little tarnishes that the wands in the movies had. They're painted wonderfully, no stray paint where it shouldn't and no little spots where it goes over a line. They're exactly the size each characters wand is in it's description and from the movie. Even after years of having some of them they have not tarnished or broken, even when we've taken them outside and pretended to cast spells. (I have, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Albus Dumbledore, Severus Snape, Bellatrix Lestrange, Nymphadora Tonks and Luna Lovegood)

The display case looks amazing as well, looks just as it does in the picture. It came perfect, no blemishes to the wood or any part of it. The picture does make it look like the wands fit into the plastic notches better, but they still serve their purpose and the wands stay in place. I had e-mailed Noble Collection to find out if they sold the name tags separately, because I had most of the wands before the case. They answered promptly but told me they only sell the tags for the characters in the Ollivander's boxes separately, so that was a disappointment.

The Dementor Crystal Ball is smaller than it appears in the picture, and the base (Hogwarts) is darker, but it's still beautiful. When you look through the Crystal Ball you can see Hogwarts all magnified and it's truly fun and entertaining. I have even had people who aren't Harry Potter fans look at it and they were caught up in it's beauty and starred at it for a long time. Again, no damage to the item or box when received.

The Sorting Hat Pen holder is also smaller than it appears in the pictures, they don't provide sizes for a lot of these products, so you're left to go off the pictures and the pictures make them look bigger. It still perfectly painted, looks just like the picture with no damage to it. The pens work great. The Hufflepuff pen is a light green rather than the deep green or black that it looks like in the picture. The Ravenclaw pen I've had for a few years and the blue of the pen has started to fade, which is upsetting, especially since I really just kept it in the box for most of that time, but I still love it. This was the only time I've ever had anything come in a damaged box. The corner of the Hufflepuff pen box was slightly crushed, it didn't effect the pen at all, but did ruin the box. Fortunately I had the Sorting Hat Pen holder so I had no intention of keeping the pen in the box.

The Magical Creatures were a little disappointing. I was excited that they were cheaper than most of the other products, because this site is overpriced for a lot of their products (except the wands), but they were plastic and it doesn't say anywhere on the website that they're plastic. I suppose that explains the price, however, and they still look amazing and are painted perfectly. They have every detail of the creatures from Harry Potter. It's just a little disappointing when you take them out of the glass case and realize they're a light weight plastic. But when you're just looking at them, you feel like you have a mini creature in a case and it's great.

The Gringotts Coin Collection is, once again, smaller than it looks. The coins are super shiny, no imperfections, perfect master replicas. The case has hinges so it can be opened easily and the coins can be flipped to either side. They're made of a heavy metal, like you would expect a coin to be, not plastic, with protective plastic behind them. I wanted to hang this on the wall, but it's really meant to be a display case not something you hang.

The Golden Snitch Necklace I've had for years. It was cheaper when I bought it. The Gold color has started to fade a little bit, like the pen. It's a great necklace, perfectly designed. It doesn't cause any irritation or discoloration like some cheap jewelry does. It sits at the perfect spot on the neck, not too long or too short, which is good because the wings are obviously long unlike a small necklace pendant. I don't think I would pay the current price for it however, unless they changed the material so the Gold doesn't fade in a few years.

Shipping has always been quick and with no damage with the exception of the corner of the one pen box being a little crushed, without effecting the pen itself. They have always replied promptly to all my e-mails and answered all my questions. I will, most certainly, continue to buy products from them.

The Noble Collections had their entire site shut down for all of January, Chinese new year I"m guessing, no us workers? Anyway I ordered 2 charms from them from the Harry Potter Lumos series, 2 different ones and instead got doubles of the one and did not get the 2nd. It's not worth dealing with them after reading reviews here I am going to sell the 2nd one to a friend and decide if I even want the other one I didn't get probably not. Done with them screwing me over.

I have ordered from The Noble Collection numerous times and I have never been anything but thrilled with the very fast shipping (even more impressive when it's coming to Canada from the states) and the products are always exactly what I was hoping for. I will be ordering from them many more times I'm sure.
