My package took over 20 days to arrive... Customer service was lame and unhelpful. my order should have been discounted, etc, but no one cared. All in the name of security.

I was very satisfied with this company the first time I ordered but they no longer have the large size for one of the items and had to buy two of the smaller size that will last less and cost more.

I'm 32 and been using your products for bout 3 years. Love and recommend all of your product to everyone, if you have taken sups for a period of time and tried different ones you can notice difference in quality. I have found yours to be of the highest quality. They have helped me to reach my goals with no side effects or feelings of wasted money. Down 20 pounds and starting to lean up with a lot of help from you guys. Only wish is that I could go down the road and buy the products wish we could find a way to get it down here in the south. Thanks for taking the time and putting in the research to put out a great product.

Delivery to the Netherlands took 2 full weeks with the cheapest shipping option and I had to pay an additional customs fee when I picked it up. But the contents of the package was exactly as expected and well protected for its journey.

I am very satisfied with the service and products (those I actually purchase there) for now. However, Nutrabio is missing one thing (on my list of supps at least) that I have asked several times if they would get/change: R-ALA (r-alpha lipoic acid) instead of the regular racemic mixture. I'd expect them to have only the best form of the supplement, and they haven't offered as of yet.

I have not received this order yet, but I have ordered numerous products from NutraBio over the years. I am a very satisfied customer and only regret that the Canadian dollar has fallen so far below the American dollar. The expense is getting to be to much and I will only be ordering the absolute necessities in the future.
I love NutraBio.

I had a reaction to my first drink - itching over my whole body for about 1/2 hour. It was the Niacin. I was rather disappointed how difficult it was to blend it with water. I did not like the tast. Unfortunately, I bought two small/med size jars. I have not used it again. one has never been opened.

First thing is it took about ten days just to deliver a single bottle of caffeine pills and would expect it to take maybe 5 days max. Second thing was 5 days after ordering I had to call in to get a tracking number which they said I would get but never did. And you can't say its not their fault because it is... they chose a poor shipping service to use.They do have excellent products and that's why I ordered from them. They need to use UPS or FedEx for shipping stuff not USPS...they're just not very good.

At 50 years old I entered and won my first power-lifting contest last April. I set three state records and won the overall best armature lifter. I used all NUTRABIO products including Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, BCAA 5000 Powder, Tribulus Terrestris , Arginine Pyroglutamate Lysine and PRE Extreme.
