I ordered a supplements and they never came my friends ordered too and his came within a week and he ordered after me.

I have ordered twice now and am very happy with them. The have great selection and price is very good. There shipping serves is very fast. They also offer free shipping with orders over $100 and they also have discount codes. I would only spend my money with them. :D

i ordered multiple lots of a product which is extremely overpriced here in Australia(as are all sport nutrition products).it was my 1st NutraPlanet order so i was obviously nervous and hopeful..after the online order, i waited a week til receiving an email stating product had been shipped.i waited 5 days after that email til arrival here in Melbourne.I AM ABSOLUTELY STOKED!!! IT WORKED OUT GREAT!! I was skeptical first about buying from a site I didn't know. I usually buy from amazon, but they didn't have what I wanted. I bought oxyelite pro from nutra planet because it was cheaper than gnc. I'm very satisfied with their service. I ordered it on Wednesday and received it on Monday. Thank you nutra planet ! I will continue to buy supplements from this site.

I took advantage of one of NutraPlanet's sales and stocked up on the things I use every day. When I got my shipment I found a bunch of free samples of other stuff inside as well as a shaker bottle. I also forgot to add the free shipping coupon code and by the time I realized it Renee at Nutraplanet had already added it to my order without me even asking. Class A Top Notch customer service!!

I love NP but my last order took over 3 weeks to get to me!! I live outside the US but even still, my order usually gets to me -- at fastest 5-6 days. But usually a little longer if there is a hold up at customs, 10 days tops.

Anyways, my gripe is that I wasn`t notified about anything for over a week at least! I was worried NP didn`t get my money order, plus I was completely out of protein!

So after sending 2 emails with one pissed-off email and a bunch of international phone calls that was never answered, THEN I got a response via email.

Only after, did I find out that there was a storm and weather problems. With that given, I`m hoping NP learns from this. Customer service should not be neglected for an online retailer. I mean, isn`t online-commuting feasible now days?

Anyways, this is my first negative review about NP. I`m hoping my last. I`ve always had good service before so I`ll BELIEVE in NP and continue to order my supps from you guys. I`m just hoping this sh*t doesn`t happen again.

Dissapointed as my products have failed to arrive and now I am chacing an inaccurate refund that has left me short approximatley $50

I have shopping here for some time, this order did not even ship for almost a week. This was un-acceptable the website gave no indication of the product being back ordered. I therefore purchased it from another source, now I have twice as much.

its been 6 days work days since i ordered my product and THEY just shipped it out today. so now im gonna have to wait another week for it to arrive.. very slow. hopefully the product is good tho... we'll find out.

Ordered products online from NutraPlanet on Saturday from Australia, arrived at our address on Wednesday. WOW what service, great prices and speedy postage. Will order from NutraPlanet again and will recommend to all my friends.

They never sent a replacement order or refunded a returned shipment...Talking to the owner (identified himself as Dennis Darroche) on more than one occasion and with several emails back and forth (from June 2014 to April 2016)...I came to to the conclusion that either he was incapable of logical thinking or that he was severely ethically challenged. His reasoning essentially was that since they had no proof that they had not sent a replacement order he could not refund me or replace the order...what!!! He finally offered a $100 Gift Certificate which I did not accept.

I placed an order around the beginning of October, right after I ordered I emailed to cancel the order because my boyfriend changed his mind. No response the order was sent anyway, no problem I'll just return it. Well trying to return something to them is quite the experience. I found out that they must not check their emails because I sent several of them, which explains why the order wasn't cancelled because it hadn't shipped till 3 days after I sent the email asking to cancel. Upon looking around their website I found a number that said contact for faster service and I called, it goes straight to voicemail it says leave your name and number and they'll get back to you immediately I waited probably 5-6 hours called again same thing...voicemail. I tried again the next day same thing...voicemail. Somewhere I stumbled upon an email [email protected] I emailed them asking for a return they emailed back probably within 15 minutes, so you must have to go on a scavenger hunt around their website and try all the contact methods to find one they answer to. I sent the package back and it says allow 3-5 business days for refund after the package has been delivered, I made sure I got tracking on it so they couldn't say it was lost! The package was delivered 8 days ago..still waiting on a refund and just emailed them hopefully it will come soon. My suggestion find a business with better communication and return processing. They have no customer service help AT ALL. My boyfriend nor I will be doing business with them anymore.

Bought my first order from Nutra bcause,their customer service was so good.That was five years ago and they are still my favorite.Presales,good prices,excellent shipping,are just some of the reasons i recommend Nutra to family and friends. Thanks,H.R.
