What I got: leaking cumin powder everywhere, and severely over salted squash seeds. No one in the house can eat these, and we have some serious salt lovers. Most of their products are ok, somewhat overpriced and not packaged optimally for that price. I will most likely not order again due to the mis-marked product and they do not allow you to leave a review on their website. I think if you have nothing to hide, letting your customers leave reviews is way more transparent and a good move. I have seen bad reviews on some websites but also the response from the company to fix it and that lets me know they care to resolve any issue. Which is good customer service. I should know better and keep my business to those who allow open reviews and not hand selected ones.

The almonds are terrible... what a waste of $22.97. I'm giving 1 star bc they were delivered promptly & and nicely packaged. I bought them to use for my grandaughter's baby shower & now left wondering what I'm going to do now.

I have never been able to find out how to submit a review, nor how to see the negative reviews. I love a review system that is honest, because it can warn me of things not being good, give me confidence that something I'm on the fence about is worth trying, or sometimes one person's "1 star" factor is my "must buy" (like if they say something is not sweet enough... I love things that aren't too sweet). It is frustrating and a bit insulting that the reviews and stars shown on nuts.com seem to be handpicked and manipulated to the point they are useless.
Another thing I hate about them is the packaging. Everything comes in those evil new multi-plastic-laminate zip pouches that aren't recyclable. It would be slightly better if at least one could reuse the bags (the large ones would be great for freezing baked goods) but the zippers are so bad they usually don't work at all (I need to transfer everything to jars or use clips to hold the edge rolled up) much less stand up to multiple uses. I feel guilty putting so much nasty garbage into the world with every nuts.com purchase.

why the $#%^&* would you have options to enter different shipping and billing if you refuse to accept that its POSSIBLE to have different shipping and billing.
And why would EVERY online retailer in the last 20 years be able to get past that idea and send me the stuff I order, on time, with zero questions?
do NOT buy from nuts.com
NUTS to them.
Thats apparently the problem with TERRIBLE customer service/training and who knows what else.
