I have purchase two genuine Luminox model (4220 and 3803) watches from NY Watch Store at competitive prices. My orders were processed and confirmed with tracking numbers the same day. Both watches arrived, brand new, in the original Luminox boxes with tags and protective plastics in place. I have spoken to James on the the phone a couple times to ask questions. James is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, regarding all of the watches offered on their website and very customer oriented. I highly recommend NY Watch Store.

Very pleased with their customer service. Ordered the wrong size watch bands. The return was complicated by the fact that it took a month for the bands to be delivered to the NY Watch Store. Presumed lost, I ordered two new ones. When inquiring about the status, they promptly responded. When they finally arrived, they contacted me to arrange the credit. In addition, very pleased with the quality for the price.

I ordered the watch! They charged my card! The person processing the payment enetered the wrong country name! Then they asked me to send them a copy of my ID and bank card, which a complete nonsense, or otherwise to cancel the order. That is complete B.S.! I decided to cancel. It may cost me EUR 20.00 or EUR 30.00 for nothing, due to exchange rate conversions. Simply, avoid this company!

I needed a longer watch band for my Skagen Signatur watch. Once I found one at this site I communicated with the company to ascertain the length of the watch band. It took a couple emails but customer service provided me the measurements i needed. Customer service was most helpful. When I placed the order somehow a charge for "gift wrap" was applied. As I didn't recall selecting that option, I called and again customer service was very helpful. The gift wrap charge waas removed. I am looking forward to the new watch band.

I bought a Casio divers watch from the company. When I got it I could not set the time and there were no instructions. I called the company and left that message. Within a short time I was called back and the gentleman walked me thru the system in less than one minute. I completed what I needed. The gentleman was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I read with concern all of the negative reviews but took a chance and ordered a watch from them any way as they had the item I wanted at a price at least 15% lower than anyone else. I am a domestic purchaser and saw that a number of the negative reviews were from international purchasers. I promptly received exactly what I ordered in brand new condition with the manufacturer's warranty. They provided e-mails confirming the order and the shipping information. My expectations for product and service were fully met - 5 stars.

I purchased two Timex watches and spoke to James this morning to verify the shipping address. He was very pleasant, polite, and professional. I am looking forward to my order! (I will post an update once my order is received), but I'm satisfied with James' customer service on the phone.

I recently ordered a watch band online and realized that i ordered a black steel when i wanted a stainless steel . I called and spoke to a very kind and understanding gentleman named James who assisted me in correcting my mistake and directing me to the proper band and assured me my purchase would be shipped the same day.If all customer service people were as kind and patient as James was,the world would be a kinder place,he is certainly an asset to the company!!Thanks again James..

The delivery time was excellent (two business days) and the customer service was great. The computer put in the wrong delivery address. Left a message, got a return phone call that put it all to rights. Product quality very good for the money.

Package was late a day or two but it was not their fault. It was the post office's mailman mistake. But they were very helpful in process of helping me locate the package!
