I was initially sent the wrong sized wall sticker but they were quick in sending out the correct one!

I ordered the product very last minute so was a bit nervous that it won't arrive on time. I called them twice to confirm it will be delivered on the promised date and they were very helpful and friendly both times.

The product also arrived on time.

My order too 3 week and 2 phone calls to rectify before it was dispatched . However once I spoke to a staff the second time it was instantly rectified and I received it the following day with a refund of £6.95 special delivery . It has not put me off and will be ordering other items as the item I received was lovely .

Received the personalised key holder well and they turned the little legs up as requested, as unfortunately I got one for Christmas and found it difficult to do this myself and one broke. All I can say is, apology would of been nice as the one I got was a present and had to buy another so I didn’t hurt the buyers feelings.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas really lovely & good quality cork board, the printing looks fab too....not sure she’s going to want to stick anything in it, it’s so lovely!!

The item I purchased didn't look anything like the item the photos were badly faded and there's a red line going right through one of the faces it looks like he has a scar I was very disappointed as this was a gift for my granddaughter for her birthday the day has gone now I have been in touch for a refund but have heard nothing I have sent pictures to prove how awful it is so please could you rearrange a refund please I look forward to your reply thank you.

I got the product as a present for my friends birthday and even through the pandemic, it was very quick delivery and very good value for what you pay. I will definitely be using it again!

Ordered 2 sets of plectrums for stocking fillers for my sons aged 25 & 22, very easy to order & delivery was very quick, I got an e-mail to say they were on there way, within 4 days of ordering I had my order. Good quality plectrums & being in a small tin they will be easy to take with them when they play their guitars. Would definitely recommend these.

I ordered the tags on 18 December and had no email or message as to when they were arriving - they didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I had to email and follow through and eventually received a response on 7 January which was, I felt rude - no apology for not receiving it etc and I was informed that 'the order was lost'. I actually called and spoke to the person who had sent the email and was given 20% off the order. I am very pleased with the goods but felt that on this occasion, communication was not at its best.

Arrived in good time and although I have not seen the item due to lock down but my daughter in law is very impressed with my son's present and has strongly hinted that she would like one on her birthday too, watch out for my order in December.
