Although the website indicated that the delivery time was one week, the gift was delivered within 3 days and on time for Easter.

I placed my order on 3 April and received it on 7 April. I think that was a very speedy delivery at any time (it spanned a weekend) but particularly in the current times.

I buy on-line and only from "one-off" sales and promotions. Service and value are generally very good. My only complaint is that it is never quite clear from the website alone what vintage of the wine is on offer. Vintages might be less variable than formerly but they still matter and it is a pity that the purchase can't always be closed out based on reliable data on the website alone.

I purchased a gift of two bottles of wine to be delivered to Galway on 27th Feb 2020 as a birthday. It didn’t arrive until I made a phone call to you. Same thing happened last year. I order from you every year. Not good enough

I've used this service a number of times now to get a gift for my mother. I live in Canada so I need a dependable service that I can trust. O'Brien's have been fantastic in terms of service and speed of delivery. They have extensive stock to choose from. Some of the prices could stand to be a bit better (especially when I have to factor in conversion rates) but otherwise, it's been great. Delivery is always swift (usually within 24-48 hours of the order (unless ordered on a weekend.
