Everyone I dealt with at Ocean (Christopher, Sarah, Yasmin, Becky et al) was highly competent. Communications by phone and email were conducted with admirable consideration, courtesy, patience and professionalism. I was very impressed by the quality of their systems and procedures (which included monitoring of each others emails to ensure responses were provided even when a colleague was away). The seamless continuity of contact, and evident commitment to delivering for the customer, engendered confidence and most importantly absolute trust.

All this was in stark contrast to the truly appalling experience of 'Optima Legal'.

I would recommend them 100%, I would also 100% use the service again. The way all of the team dealt with my wife and I from start to finish was amazing.
I was kept informed along the process at every stage and put at ease every time. Thank you!

Easy enough to sign up, I'm sure the app will be useful but I've still not received card after two weeks.

Yes first spoke to Steve about a loan, but he advised me remortgaging might be better, he found me a great deal. Then passed me on to sarah who completed my journey with me, they was fantastic and I would recommend them, thank you

I have not required credit for years however due to issues with DWP regarding my disabled money ocean offered me a credit card and have provided first class customer service every time I have telephoned or emailed them

I can honestly say I'm very pleased with the no fuss service and straight forward communication
it's definitely a credit card company I would recommend especially at this time of year.

I have given you 1 star as to I have only just got my card & have not used it yet so I can not tell you what I think please give more time for people to use be for you ask them what they think....!

I never thought I would be able too have a credit card due to problems in the past but ocean offered me one and I accepted thank you ocean.

Ocean Finance were extremely supportive of our loan application at every stage, particularly our case Manager, Anthony. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing customer service, every person we spoke to were amazing especially Daniel and Anthony! Lovely gentlemen always willing to help gave great advise! Everything was dealt with within a week how fast is that!!

Hi the service is good, however, i dont have a problem with the service but the customer service, i get told different things, I took out 700 pouns and was told i needed to pay this all back in 2 months time, when i rang again, i was told i just need to make minimun payment thats what counts, the customer service can be mis-leading, as different agents say different things, As a result of this, i almost had to rush to the bank to pay it all off and my local bank is very far, Please Captial one, train staff to say the same thing rather then different information as its mis-leading

The personal touch from Luke was lovely, he rang me most days to check to see if documentation had arrived and if I had any questions. Right from the word go he was friendly, open and even when Covid19 shut down happened he rang from his home to check to see if I was ok. I would highly recommend ocean finance and especially Luke - the whole process was smooth, quick and provided us with much needed money.
