Shopping in the cork store Emma the store manager was so helpful . She went out of her way to make sure My daughter got her shoes for her confirmation and nothing was a problem. I would definitely shop in office again and would recommend to my friends .thank you Emma who made my shopping trip easy .

Paid SGD285 for a Nike Air Force 1. When it arrived on my door step the box was ripped. Shoes looks abit in a bad condition. I paid for a real Air Force price however I got a rip off shoes. What a scam

I got online delivery of 5 pairs of shoes. Delivery was fast. However got 2 of them waiting for the rest and its been delivered 1 by 1 the shoes have defects and the shoe laces came undone. I am disappointed. You can see the picture it has a lot of defects

I recently ordered a pair of glam runners on sale. I was sent an odd pair a gold one and a black one. They are refusing to send me a replacement pair as they have gone back up to the original price. They have tried to tell me they are no longer in stock yet myself and daughter are able to go in and order them at original price. Customer service is appalling.

Very bad site. Website tells visitors that the company has international shipping and there is a table with the cost of the shipping to each country. You lose time chosing some shoes and, when you place the order, you receive a message telling you that "there are no delivery methods available". Bad service. Avoid this company.

I brought a pair of air forces 1s online, when they arrived I noticed they were already creased. The right shoe looked like it had been on display as it had dirt marks on the sole. The cardboard that usually sits in the trainers was missing. There was also a knot in the shoe lace. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from office.

Bought nike shoes that started falling apart from inside after 3 weeks of wearing them . I been told to send them to assessment team with tracked delivery that costed me extra 10 pound . They send shoes back to me saying that they are damaged but this is not manufacture fault but mine. Shoes are falling apart after not even 4 weeks and I was told that is my fault. I lost money I payed for shoes and extra parcel cost just to recive disgusting letter suggesting I damaged the shoe fro inside. How would I do it office ?!?!? Pepole on customer services are terrible basically suggesting you to move on as they wont do anything about it . If you think you will buy a shoe from office and something is wrong with it you will never get your money back ! Avoid this shop pepole ! They do not care about customer after you made payment !

The service at the store in Birmingham is excellent..Assistant's greet you with a "hello", so cant find any fault's there. However.. And this is more to do with quality control I recently ordered a pair of buckle boots (size 6 in taupe) online after the Birmingham store had run out of them. they arrived at the store, and I was informed by text..(all ok) I collected them..and on trying them on, it soon became apparent that one shoe felt far looser than the other. Looking at the shoes, they were both marked as 40 (Uk 6) on the sole, However on looking inside one of them under the tongue it was marked as 41 ( size 7) I brought them back to the store and decided to re-order another pair ( size 6) They arrived at the store, and this time I decided to try them on at the store first. they seemed fine, so..not wanting to take the cardboard box home, I placed them in my own carrier bag. Now they are both marked as size 40, however (and its not my imagination) the right shoe feels wider than the left and visibly looks so. Placing them sole to sole they are the same length, but the upper shoe on the right foot is definitely wider to the point where if I place an inner sole in the wider shoe, I can put my foot in quite comfortably..but on doing so with the other shoe, the shoe is unbearably tight especially across the toe digits. As I say..this issue is more to do with quality control..inspecting what comes in from the manufacturers of the shoes (abroad) and what goes out to the customer from yourselves. And before anyone suggests that maybe 'I have a problem with my feet?' No.. I have a pair of office shoes that I bought from an outlet they have in nearby Selfridges, and they fit just fine.

Popped into the Merry Hill store today (31/03/19) with my daughter to purchase some trainers and was met by Grace who was very pleasant and helpful. I commend the young lady she was very professional and is a credit to your company. It is nice to see that some people really do care about there customers. 5*

Visited Derby branch 203 today. Served by Sophie who is apparently a trainee at the moment. Can't have wished for better service, very pleasant and couldn't do enough to help. Yes I did buy shoes. I think Sophie is going to be a great asset to your Company in the future. Thanks Sophie

I visited the Office shop in the White Rose Centre Leeds this week & was served by a very pleasant assistant called Kieran. Kieran told me that if they didn't have my size in stock that I could have a pair delivered next day free of charge to my home address from their warehouse. What a brilliant service. They actually did have my size in stock so went home with my beautiful very comfortable gold sandals.

Danielle and Regnel High Wycombe store 88 were fantastic when I became ill in store this morning. So kind and supplied water, assistance from security. I also bought fab boots.

I bought 3 pairs of sandals from a lovely assistant Lyndsey at Swansea branch .she was very pleasant knowledgeable and always smiling! Can't fault her or my sandals! X Thank you

I returned a pair of shoes to their store after ordering online, after 8 days i hadn't received a refund. I rang up to be told the payment hadn't been authorised, took a further i days for the money to return to my card. 16 days in total for a refund is apaulling. Fast forward a week i returned another pair of shoes and 8 days later there is still no refund back onto my card. Looks like i have to waste my time calling again. I'd advise to never shop with office unless you're definately going to keep the product.

I am beyond disappointed in a pair of pricey Dr. Martin sandals. in just 4 weeks they are badly worn on the soles and the rubber is fraying

I was in the Derry store branch 189 earlier today and found the staff really pleasant and helpful without being pushy. I was looking for boots and a pair of shoes for work and wanted to try on a number of different styles and sizes as with a broad foot my size can vary and nothing was too much bother. I was served by a lovely young lady called Kerrie.

Shopped today in branch 205 and Jeh( she’s from Romania) she’s been really helpful polite and patient which I needed a lot because I couldn’t decided. She always saw when I needed help! Well done, see you soon!
