PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OFFICE CRAVE YOUR BUSINESS. I had a serious complaint and asked to talk to the owner and the office staff REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR NAME AND NUMBER and this was on 9/21/2021. First cabinet was damaged then after being told a second one would arrive a few weeks later it was "cancelled by the owner" and I was only informed of this a month later after my repeated communications. DO NOT USE THEM - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We needed six printers for our office and one of my friends suggested their site. At first, I was bit skeptical, but after seeing how quickly my order arrived, Im happy. Will be ordering from them in the future.

I use OfficeCrave.com to purchase office supplies for the company I work for. They have always delivered great products at great prices. Last month, we ordered some file cabinets in bulk and got a huge discount. Definitely the best company to buy office supplies.

I am a first-time customer (3/23/2020), and I am very impressed with the products and service that I received from Office Crave, and I will order again! The shipping was great, and the products that I ordered were of outstanding quality. I placed my order and called to confirm that it was in stock with Ms. Shelly. Ms. Shelly told me that it was in stock, and would be shipping out. I received tracking information via e-mail, and received the items by UPS. Office Crave ships well, and their prices are very reasonable. You don't know how much it meant to receive the items that I needed during these times.

I ordered a $92 item online to be delivered before christmas. I gave them my proper credit card information with all the security codes, the matching registered mailing address and then simply requested the item to be shipped to our second home just an hour away from the registered billing address. This was an online option they gave me, so I took advantage of it by listing both addresses. At no point was I informed that I can not ship to a second address other than my credit card's registered/billing address. Happy that I was checked out, I printed my order confirmation receipt out and went about my life waiting for the package. Little did I know, that a 2 day Gestapo/FBI style interrogation style process was about to rain down upon me just so I could get the item sent to me. For one, even though I successfully checked out with a confirmation number, I never received a confirmation email. Then the following day, I received a phone call stating that they can not ship /process the item because my shipping address is different than my registered billing address on my credit card. I was surprised since we use the same business card to do exactly the same buying tens of thousands of dollars worth of goods and shipping them to different locations. I told them that I was surprised since it is pretty common for people to ship to different addresses either as gifts for some one else or some people have multiple homes or businesses. If you can not do this, this country would not be able to function. I then was told that unless I call my credit card company to add the second address, the item will not be sent out. Let me understand this correctly: If I am sending someone a gift to their address, you want me to add Their mailing address to MY credit card account/information?! That's crazy!!! Reluctantly and frustrated, I told them that I do not have the card on me nor did I have the phone number to call the credit card company and that I will have my wife do that in her lunch brake. 5 minutes after I hung up I received a email stating that per my request, my order was canceled. Are you kidding me?! I then called them up and complained explaining that I needed time to reach the credit card company and that it was important that this item was not canceled. They told me that they do not know why the order was canceled, but once I call them back after I have called my credit card company to add my second shipping address, then they will reorder the item for me. Really?! I had been looking for this item for a while since it had been sold out everywhere else and now you tell me I am going to hope for the best that no one else will buy it until you guys have concluded your "investigation" about my "mysterious" second shipping address which by the way is also in the same name as the billing address. By now I normally would have turned the other way and given another company the business, but because the item was sold out, I stuck with them. What a mistake. So my wife calls the credit card company asking why they are not approving the charge and they tell her that they did approve the charge and that as usual they have no problem with me wanting to ship to another address. Turns out it is OfficeCrave who has been giving me the runaround and who makes up their own rules and regulations which they do not disclose online at check out and when on the phone, they pretended that the credit card company was at fault. Frustrated, my wife still added the second address to our credit card account and then I proceeded to call the company to let them know that we did what they had asked us to do. Unfortunately the phone kept going to voicemail no matter how often we would call back, so I reluctantly left them a voice message stating that I did what they requested and to please process and ship the item out asap. To my surprise, I get another phone call the next day asking for me to give them the complete credit card number and the phone number of the credit card company so that they can call them to verify my second address. Are you kidding me?!!! You guys just told me for the last 2 days that this is all about security, but now you guys are asking Me to give You all my credit card information over the phone. Why, shouldn't you already have that information when I gave all that info online?! I once again under time pressure and out of pure frustration gave them my credit card info, because I just wanted the item before christmas. I was so disappointed and felt violated, I literally felt sick to my stomach. I am all for security and I like giving small business the business over large ones, but it has to be reasonable and the stubborn and archaic billing policy of this company is plain and simply outdated and unreasonable/unproductive. If OfficeCrave spends 2 days and countless phone calls on trying to verify one simple transaction, they should be more worried about going bankrupt on staff over time and by losing countless upset customers such as myself with their "state of the art Security" process. It took me 2 days and 8 phone calls to get this item ordered and this is in 2013 when online ordering is supposed to be easy and intuitive. I do not care if you are overly concerned about fraud, that's just the risk you take of having an online business. If you can not deal with the calculated risk of online fraud, then you should not be in business pestering your customers making them feel like a bunch of criminals making them jump through hoops for 2 days. I wounder how millions of other online companies mange to function and stay in business without pestering their customers like this company does. I am now still waiting to receive the item and because they delayed things for 2 days, I am certain I will not receive it before Christmas, at which point I will update this or will write another review. Also, the person I talked to was rather defensive and uncaring (I just work here type of attitude) and so was the manager who was directing her in the background. They were stubborn and had no compassion or words of comfort and did not even try to apologize for the run around they gave me. Unless you are masochistically inclined, I suggest you not waist your time and nerves with this company as you will surely regret it.

Update: minutes after leaving this review, I received a phone call from OfficeCrave not to apologize or anything else reasonable that any other normal and rational person or business owner would do, but rather requesting me to remove this review. I am literally blown away by the sheer rudeness, arrogance, disconnect and lack of professionalism of this company. I would not be surprised if they now cancel my order and continue to call me or possibly threaten me otherwise. If they do either, I will continue to use my freedom of speech rights by sharing my terrible experience with other online review sites.

Ok, in their defence, after jumping through all the hoops they put me through for days, I did receive the item rather quickly (2 to 3 days and on time for the holidays). So shipping with this company is fast, or they rushed my order due to the initial delay. Thank you for that and I am adding one star for that gesture. Nevertheless, I still feel the same about my initial complaint above.

Delivered what I wanted quickly and for $200 less than I could have bought the exact same item from a local retailer. I love my new HON 3500 series chair!

I understand that the product I ordered said "special order product 3-4 weeks delivery" so it will take a while. On the 4th week, I e-mailed customer service to ask when will I receive my items (thinking they might have an idea by then). I still haven't heard back from them.

I did not have a good experience initially but someone called me three weeks later and apologized and explained that they were just starting up and I was one of their first orders and the bugs were now worked out and would I please give them another chance. I am not willing to leave positive feedback because I did not have a positive experience, but I am willing to give them a second chance, so I am changing my one star rating to three stars.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field. We discovered that this business uses Twitter for networking with their clients and promoting company news and updates. This business has a Youtube channel, which means they upload videos related to their business for their customers to see. Youtube is a great platform to engage audience and show what happens behind the scenes.
