OTR was recommended to me by a friend who had a good result. I am happy to report that I also had an excellent result. The case dragged on being rescheduled multiple times because of covid 19 but it was easy to upload the new court dates through the website. Bottom-line was ticket was reduced and the points eliminated a win-win from my point of view. Highly recommended!!

Initially I had approached a lawyer who quoted $1,000 to defend my case. Then I came across Off the Record. The process was very simple and the lawyer charge was minimum. Plus it guaranteed that it will return the money if they can’t defend the case in court. I will definitely it recommend to my friends if they get a ticket.

Amazing work! My 4-point speeding ticket reduced to a 0-point violation! I was'nt expecting they could do that since its my 2nd speeding ticket in less than a month! And they would always update you everytime! Shout out to Atty. Ronald Shields Cook who handled my case! You're the best!

Great company. Within 1 hr I was assigned a lawyer at a cost of just 155 dollars.. She dealt with my case from start to finish which because of corona virus did take 7 months all together She managed to lower my fine and points considerably. And I never had to go to any of the court dates. Fully happy

Off the Record has definitely lived up to its name! I’ve had not one, but TWO tickets kept off of my driving record, BOTH within the last year! Each time, my tickets were mitigated down to non-reporting offenses that did NOT affect my car insurance premium. All thanks to Off the Record!!

OMG!!! This company is the absolute best!!! Thus company always stayed intouch every step of the way me not ever going to court. I was not happy with the way the lawyer communicated! I was told by him to do nothing until I heard from him and I had to get in touch with him after I received a letter from DMV 3 months later.

I got a super speeder ticket for driving 89 at I-95 Darien County at 10 pm heading down to Fl from SC. I thought its really impossible to contest laser speed gun ticket. but Off The Record attorneys did an excellent job to reduced my traffic ticket to its minimum with zero point added to my DL. just like that! Thank you

I'm highly disappointed with the attorney that was assigned to me. I really feel like they didn't do their job. They could have got my ticket completely dismissed if they had filed discovery for the on-board dash cam and shown the court that I was legitimately passing another vehicle when I got my ticket for speeding. I will be requesting a refund.

I had recently got a ticket in the state of New York doing 30 over speed limit. OTR helped me and reduced the ticket to over 5. Saved me a bunch of money on the ticket and a trip back to New York. Hopefully I will stop getting in trouble but if I do, I will give OTR another buzz. Thank you!

I have used OTR twice now. Both times I was paired with someone local to the court, and got the outcome I wanted. I did not step foot in court once. The website is simple and easy to understand, but the chat interface won't allow for certain files to be uploaded. Just convert any documents you plan on sending to a .PDF and it will work. I did not have any trouble in getting responses from my attorneys or in seeing the messages they sent me. The email integration is excellent and allows you to see the messages sent by attorneys without logging on to the main site. I feel that the price is fair for the convenience of finding a attorney close to your courthouse. I can say that there are cheaper options, such as hiring an attorney directly. The problem is that it made more sense for me to use the OTR site and not face any hassle of calling around or sending emails. It's a very convenient app and site and I will use it again if necessary.

My mom got a speeding ticket close to Seattle but lives across the border in Canada, making it a logistical nightmare to figure out how we’d dispute the ticket. OTR found a very experienced traffic attorney who single handed dealt with everything. The case was fully dismissed and all that we paid was $173 in lawyer fees. This was a great service and we will definitely use this in the future.

I tried this app for the first time. I received a ticket with a six point penalty and thought any potential opportunity for a reduction in points was worth the fixed fee. After a brief exchange with the locally provided attorney, I was hugely surprised that the attorney had negotiated a zero point penalty with a much reduced fine. I would definitely recommend this service to any one.

I was extremely satisfied with OTR. Not just because my ticket was dismissed, but by the efficiency of their customer service and communication through out the the entire process. The site was easy to use, and they quickly put me in touch a local attorney, who kept me in the loop from beginning to end. I highly recommend OTR if you wish to challenge a ticket.

They found me awesome lawyer to fight my speeding over 15 mph ticket and didn't even have to go to court.Off the record is great service.I highly recommend to everyone.I'll contact them again if ever in need.

My speeding ticket more than doubled when including the lawyer fees...but I guess it's now a parking ticket and won't be going on my record. Can't say I'll recommend this service again due to not being told something like this would happen.
