Oh My Crafts

I am still waiting for items missing from two orders I made on 2/12/10. I send them emails and phone calls, occaisionaly they respond saying that they will send me the items that I ordered, but over 6 wks is a little much. Please note that none of the items were listed as preorders or new cartridges. Can anyone get them to perform and send me my order???

Terrible customer service, I have yet to receive any information on my order... it has been 2 weeks I cannot even reach a customer service rep to inquire about my order. :(

This company made sure my order was put on my charge and 3 weeks later no merchandise. My order was placed in April 0f 2010. In late May I was still waiting. I believe, according to my charge company, this practice is very shady. Some emails were answered, but they just told me to wait until mid June. You have got to be kidding, the Tim Holtz dies are available all over and I even got them at a better price. I keep unsubscribing to the emails, and they just keep coming. More inconvenience than I have ever had from a company in my life. After all my waiting, I was given a refund, the dies were still not available. Perhaps this company needs to pay more attention to what they put on their site, because almost everything is out of stock, but goes on your Visa.

I have ordered from the Ohmycrafts website 5 times over the past year and have not had a problem with them so far. I like how the shipping is affordable and reasonable. The items on the website, especially for the Cuttlebug dies are a great deal. I am from Toronto, Canada... so it does take about 2 to 3 wks for me to get my shipment in, but I also expect it to take that long. (I had read some reviews prior to ordering that shipments took a long time and people were complaining about the long wait.) I highly recommend this website, only if you have the patience to wait for delivery. :)

Terrible service placed my order on March 6 and shipped it April 5 after i send many emails to ship my order, and there was an item not in stock when they shipped the order

The day after I made the order on the website, I was contacted by my banks fraud department who quizzed me on a suspicious transaction on my card, stemming from OMC. I said it was OK, it was an order I had made (and I myself thought it was odd they would contact me because I have often bought from American craft sites and surely my account history would show that, but had never ordered from OMC before!) but my bank deemed their site not secure enough, so CANCELLED my card there and then, and reissued me with a new one. But allowed the transaction to go through.

This was when the alarm bells started going off...

A few days later I was then contacted my Heather of OMC, claiming they had charged me the incorrect postage for my items, and had to get a further $28.50 on top of the $15 I had already paid to ship the items to me!

Now I should mention me and a friend both ordered the exact same item and live in the same town, so were charged the same amount for the items and shipping, naturally.

I checked with my friend to see what she was going to do and to discuss if it was worth it, BUT to my suprise, she hasn't been contacted and actually received a shipping confirmation email!

Puzzled I quizzed them on this, in the reply back Heather became snippy exclaiming that she was sure my friend had paid exactly what it cost to post, and that every order was different. I double checked with my friend that she got the exact same order as me, and paid the same as me, and again reply back stating this, and asking HOW they could possibly try to charge me and extra 28.50 for the same items!

Heather then CANCELLED my order, issuing me a refund, which 3 days later I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED. and I have not heard back from them!

I ordered a cameo printer around July 4. I was told that it would be mailed out mid July. It is now August 6th and I still don't have the printer yet. They have told me they are moving buildings and that is why. I have also been told they didn't get there full order in. That is when they return my phone call. I suggest You don't use this company. They take your money within days of your order. But it takes months for you to get your product.

I have been ordering from OMC for over 2 years. I NEVER get an order in less than 6 weeks, most of the time it's even longer. Contacting customer service only results in a rude response and is of no help at all. I have ordered from many companies that are further away than OMC and gotten my order in 2 - 3 days! I placed a "pre-order" for 2 items that would be available at the end of August. It is now October, and no items, no contact, nothing. When I contacted customer service in September with no results other than a rude response. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. I will never order from them again.

Worst transaction ever charged 222 buck 7 weeks ago still no product good luck getting through on there phone line. I would give them zero stars if possible.

I paid via pay pal for the order, back in Jan; I wrote and asked where the order was middle of Feb. I was told the item just came in and they would ship it that week. 1 1/2 weeks later I asked them why I'd not heard from them - then I got an email saying they were processing the order.... it's been 3 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. I tried calling - all lines put me on hold - than after a while beeped and said that I didn't leave a message (I was supposed to be waiting to talk to someone). There was no way to leave a message. I emailed 3 times with no response. I said I'd contact pay pal for a refund .... and I got a response - that if I want to cancel an order - they will do that I don't need to deal through pay pal. I said I'd give them today and if I get a shipped email notice - I'll let it go - other wise I'll cancel through pay pal.
Terrible, terrible service. If they have product and can't get it shipped within 3 weeks - they need to hire more workers OR get out of the business!!! But why when they have all our money for sooooo long.
UPDATE March 19th. I emailed them again and they responded that they found out yesterday that they didn't have all types of paper in the shippment that they got 3 weeks ago!!! It took them 3 weeks to find out they don't have it. So I cancelled and I'll see how long it takes to get the money back!!! Worst customer service I've seen.

I ordered and paid for the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch board on March 15/2013 and to this day I still have not receieved my item. What they march even said was March 1-31 to be delivered the first part of April. I saw that they ran the Event again for the Month of April stating they would ship in May. I contacted them again When I saw that event running and also said they ran out of product for shipment for April and now they wont be shipped until the Middle of May. I think sit on our Money in their bank to earn Interest, on our money. I received an email from someone named Jennifer stating that mine would be one of the first to ship in May here it is May 11,2013 and no Envelope Punch Board and nothing on my account page stating it has been shipped

I ordered a Silhouette Cameo from Oh My Crafts in early February, by April after several emails; it still had NOT arrived. I finally gave up and told them via email that if I didn't see the refund in my acct. after 48 hours (2 days) that I was contacting my atty.general and a lawyer. Just before the 48th hour..the credit was placed in my acct. I wrote to the Utah Atty.Gen and BBB office to no avail. I did re-order the Cameo from MassDrop.com (my daughter recommended them). It was only 199.00, shipping was $7. less, and it came with more goodies than what omc was offering. I also have a friend who ordered the Cameo from OMC and never received it. She cancelled, but had gift cards to OMC and ordered something else which she still has not received. This company is crazy and unreliable. My advice: Do not ever order from them.

I ordered the Silhouette Cameo the end of March. The website stated the Cameo would ship in April. I had not received the Cameo nor did I receive any communication regarding any delays, when I sent customer service an e-mail in May. On May 8th, I received a response that there was a delay but they were expected to arrive in a week or so, by mid to late May. Today, June 13th, I have yet to receive the Cameo nor any communication explaining any additional delays. I emailed a request for a refund. I received a reply from Heather stating that I needed to confirm my wish to cancel the order to receive a refund. I sent another email requesting a cancelation, and have received a confirmation. I will not do business with them again...delays from the manufacturer are out of your control, but keeping a customer informed is better than burrying your head in the sand and waiting for their patience to expire.

If you want your merchandize at a normal shipping time---forget it--- I ordered on 07142013 and items were in stock and I have yet to receive them and they also emailed twice 0718 and 0724 that my order is in process ----NOT SHIPPED---I DONT recommend to order from OHMYCRAFTS company. I have also emailed them and that was a joke on the email I got back

I completely agree with all of the other posters who gave this company a 1 star. I agree if there was a ZERO star, this company should receive it. Their customer service is beyond horrible. I am amazed that ANY vendor would sell them ANYTHING. I have waited a full month for an order. When questioned where it was I was told, "oh, one of the items isn't in our warehouse and won't arrive for another few weeks". REALLY???? What kind of company does this? This company should NOT be in business!

I am just sick, My husband ordered the cameo for me for Christmas in October with the promise of it being delivered in time for Christmas (early to mid December). Christmas morning came and went its now Jan. 2 and no cameo. we have sent emails etc... I wish he had seen these complaints before he gave them money. I just want his money back I'll purchase some were else!!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will call Gephardt next!!!! They have lost me as a customer as well as all my fiends!!!!

I ordered a Cameo Silhouette Cutting machine in August with a promised delivery date of 'before Christmas'. The machine went on sale a couple weeks later, I asked for the new sale promotion and they sent me a refund check for the difference in price that immediately bounched. After several, and I do mean several, e-mails with out replies from them I still don't have the Silhouette Machine. Please don't waste your money with them, you won't get your product.

I order the Cutter Pillar Pro Version 3 in Oct 28, 2013. I have not received it as of January 13th, 2014. I tried to contact the company several time but now they are telling me that the website is closed. I have not received my money back either! Very unhappy!! I hope to get my money back!

I placed an order in November and have still not received anything in the mail. The order has been paid for. I cannot contact them to ask why I have not received it yet. The order was for $197 Australian so I would like my money back or the articles I ordered.

I have 3 orders outstanding with this company totaling over $200 and now cannot reach them at all. 2 orders are from November, 2013 and past the time for PayPal to honor my dispute so no refund. The last order done in January, 2014. I hope to get some funds back for the January, 2014 order. A week after my last order they state that they have shut down their website and you cannot contact them. Good to know I am not the only one but little comfort. This company has really let their customers down by not even notifying us of the issues and offering refunds. Not very good business.
