OKA have a very comprehensive list of homewares to enhance the home, inside and out. The style and quality are always top class, and inviting. There are many items that would blend into any home, and others that add a touch of zest and vitality. Every time I get their Look Book, I want to buy something - most things, really!

The Pandanus jug is absolutely beautiful and extremely effective at keeping drinks cold (not tried hot yet as it is very warm here in Crete, Greece at the moment). The customer service is excellent although I have to say the shipping is extremely expensive.

My selection of the flatware was based upon the item listed in your catalog sent to my home address in the U.S. When I attempted to order it, I found out it was only available in Europe. It would not be shipped to a U.SD. address. I emailed customer service at both the U.S. and British websites and got no help. I ended up having the item shipped to a friend in Ireland and then shipped to me. I cannot understand why you would list an item in your catalog that is sent to U.S. addresses that contains items that cannot be shipped here. At the very least I would expect some help on the part of your customer service departments to offer assistance in shipping the item.

The cushions is great it is just a shame I had to wait over 4 months to receive it (with two delays)!

The produce was defective and OKA arranged for it to be collected two weeks ago. We are still waiting for confirmation of the return. I have called twice and been told that it can take at least two weeks before Parcelforce return it to the warehouse. Given that the product was defective and it was not simply a matter of changing our minds, it is taking an unacceptably long time to get a refund. (Note: there are no further products in this line in the warehouse so it was not possible for OKA to replace the original)

I purchased two Isphahan Deep bowls (small), but when I received them I was unhappy with the quality. Whilst I realise they are hand made and each item is slightly different,  the colour of these bowls was very blue (not an off white base colour) and the double blue lines on the outside were very feint in places. I have over fifty pieces in this pottery range and the quality of these new bowls was poor. They looked like seconds to me.
I requested a return. Your customer advisor said if I sent photographs of the bowls inferior quality you could refund my delivery charge too, which I did, but have only had the item price refunded but not the postage.

Ordered back in late November 2019 and told 10 weeks. Had to chase twice and got two delivery dates that never happened. Happy with the product when received and telephone staff were very pleasant and honest which was helpful.

Very disappointed not to have been contacted by customer service after sending an email two weeks ago. Apparently when I emailed to ask, why haven’t I been contacted, it sent my original query to the back of the queue!

I received the cushions I ordered the next day. Unfortunately they were not suitable for my purposes so I had to return them.
I printed a return label and the parcel was collected by courier two days later.

I have purchased from Oka for over a decade. Sometimes from the Outlet store. I have never needed to return anything, and I have now bought a beautiful throw for the second time. On this occasion, I applaud your use of muted colours. Throws are a nightmare! They are photographed in fancy lighting, and when they arrive, they are cheap and garish. These throws are exactly as advertised, superb quality. In this case, I phoned to ask you to give me the darkest Goat's Hair Throw from the five left. As I said to your advisor, there are long pauses between purchases, because I'd have to more out if I bought any more! Thank you.

I recently ordered a lampshade from OKA which I really liked. Unfortunately it arrived without the plastic insert for the lamp carrier, but Customer Services were very responsive and sent me a new lamp carrier and a couple of plastic inserts!

I received 3 boxes of 4 coffee mugs all with at least 2 damaged mugs .box 2 replaced one and 3 replaced 2 .they were quick to replace but bad shipping or perhaps more bad packaging caused the problem

Usually excellent, but sadly this time I was sent someone else's order instead of mine, I contacted Oka immediately to make them aware of the mistake and they sent a courier to collect but in the end it took two weeks to receive what I ordered.

I had hoped it would be the same size as the last one l bought. But unfortunately it was bigger which is unnecessary

The level of customer service provided by OKA is always extremely high and aside from their fabulous products, is one of the reasons I've been a regular customer for more than 10 years. There are never any problems.

I put my order the 5the of january 2020. No news until the 25th of April when I decided to call OKA to understand what happened. And finally I discovered that my order was not put in january same if I receivd an e-mail of confirmation. Sh..

I always start with Oka as they channel the current trends with a very liveable and comfortable interpretation. In this instance it was just excellent customer service over a difficult lockdown house move.

delivery came at 7 am, better than waiting all day i suppose, Ifound it hard to manage a very large rug on my own, i am an old lady now, a little help at a distance would have been good.
