The driver was late for pickup-the limo had not been cleaned from the previous client as the interior smelled of heavy smoke upon entering and empty bottles/used glassware were present. The driver was on time for the return trip and the limo interior had been tidied up although the trip was longer than expected due to a "wrong turn-early exit" resulting in touring through a "not so upscale" part of town. The driver was courteous.

driver (Michael) met us at the airport as scheduled. He was courteous and helpful. Only issue was that he was not sure how much was the fare and whether we needed to sign a credit slip. When I checked on-line afterwards my Amex card had already been charged. I also signed a manual slip that he gave me to sign, so I hope I will not be charged twice!

Driver and ride was great, only oddity was that the driver had to use carbon paper for the credit card when the number had already been submitted online with the reservation.

We were part of a group of 4 couples from Montana in town for the NFR. We used Omni twice and were blessed with "Peaches" as our driver. Service was wonderful and she kept us entertained the entire time. We all put her number in our phones for next year. Remember Peaches, if you get tired of Vegas we all need truck drivers up here.

On time, courteous, personable driver was very helpful, clean vehicle ample for our large group, great rate, only exception is driver was not able to accept our international zipcode for billing which delayed us at our destination - otherwise Would definitely use them again :)

I confirmed my pick up to be in a stretch 6 seat but I was picked up in a Chevy. I ordered the stretch well in advance and expected for my experience. It was a special week for my wife as it was her birthday, our anniversary and kidney transplant celebration.. I took her to Vegas for a special week and wanted to have her picked up in style. I was very disspointed but I was forced to go in the Chevy in order to get to the Venetian. A refund was not enough compensation. I should have been given a day with the limo at no charge anywhere we wanted to go. Omni definitely fell short.

I travel to Vegas for business 10+ times a year. I have used several services until I found Omni. This was my 3rd consecutive time using them and it's been super consistent! They are by far the best. Always on time, curteous drivers with great personality and the vehicles are always in great condition and clean. I will never bother using another service.

This was my first time using Omni Limo and it won't be my last. My wife and myself visit Vegas all the time. We had a first time couple with us. Our driver Andre (sorry if I spelled it wrong) made them feel at home. What great service and a very clean limo!!!

When booking the limo I was told I could hook up to the blue tooth to play my own music , tonight that was not the case we had to listen to a radio station which was a great disappointment as this was one of the main reasons I hired the limo which the company. Once in the limo we checked with the driver to ensure we was getting our full hour, in which he replied well I could take you down the strip and if there's bad traffic it could run over an hr and you get charged ridiculous prices. However he went down the strip and took us straight to our destination which was a 20 minute journey. I paid $140 for a limo with no alcohol, no Bluetooth connection and a 20 minute ride. I'm utterly disgusted.

Car was nice and driver was pleasant - I thought we would get good service as I received a call the night before confirming pickup location and time. Gentlemen who callled the day before said we will track joint flight and know when you arrive. Obviously didn’t happen, we land 15 minutes early, get to baggage claim - no driver.... no driver even at the original time we said we would be there. Call and they said we are seven minutes away, got it. After 15 minutes and no driver I called and they said they had a small problem and now sending another car - he is 5 minutes away. Too many limos in Vegas to take a chance on them again.
