my partner had broken down in an area she did not know to well she was assisted by the agent in an understanding and professional manner

The service was brilliant they were with me in less than 40mins which was great as l had my husband with me and he had been out of hospital for three days and thought we would take a run to the shops so we had a coffee while we waited and they fixed the car at roadside then we were on our way all l can say is thank you so much for your speedy service

Very quick response to call out for non starting car ???????? Back on the road within the hour ???????? And all very friendly staff & engineer

Very helpful on phone got to me in two hours but sorted me out so I could get on my way will definitely use them Again very nice costumers service

DN2 Contacted one call spoke to David who assisted with getting breakdown recovery to assist with my car and taking it to the garage of my choice. David went the extra mile today and was polite throughout the conversation. He was knowledgeable and got the correct information if asked.

I was impressed that they didn't keep us waiting long, about 20mintues less than they predicted.

Complete joke broken down told the block wear I was sorry don't no wear that is so sat waiting for a hour for a mate to come and fix my car I pay for the best braek down cover for nothing may as wel burn my money because thats how I fel going to cancel this crape avid if you can as it seem to a big joke

Last night, I had an unfortunate incident with my car and unfortunately, one of my tyres was damaged badly. I was rather distressed when I called your emergency service but I spoke to Genevieve and she was wonderful. So patient, kind, and helpful, she calmed me down and reassured me - thank you so much!

JA9: Call handler was very efficient and helpful, making sure I was parked in a safe place. He fully explained the process and gave an approximate time for recovery.

Brilliant service with us in less 30 minutes very friendly and helpful breakdown person. Couldn’t have treated us better. This was a motorway breakdown.

Got a text saying they'd be here at 12.41 and it is now 13.25

within 5 minutes on phone the advisor had arranged my car to be picked up and taken to garage great work.

I waited 3 hours and 10 minutes for a recovery vehicle to get to me. I made a call at 18:36 and was told they should be with me in an hour. After about an hour and a half I called again and was told their was a delay and they would be another 35 minutes. Another hour I called again and was told they would be with me in 15 minutes but anothe 30 minutes later they still weren't with me! Although the One Call agents were helpful when I telephoned them and did put in for a call out straight away, I was left waiting for over 3 hours. I am disabled and couldn't go anywhere without my car. I also suffer with panic attacks and had a panic attack while I was stuck waiting because my phone was running out of battery and I was really worried that I would be stuck there all night. It seems from what I was told by the recovery man that the original breakdown van had a fault and instead of getting somebody else to come to me, they messed about. The mechanic who eventually came to me said he was sitting around for the previous 6/7 hours (since 3pm) and only had a call to go to me 40 minutes before he arrived at 21:46 This really is not good enough!

Quick service extremely helpful from call handler to brilliant mechanic
