OneGold

In recent months I have found it pertinent to research, and invest in, digital silver and gold (that is, 100% allocated and physically backed vaulted gold and silver bullion purchased digitally, with an option to receive physical delivery of one's allocated bullion). I have used OneGold and also another platform which offers many similar features to OneGold as well as many features which OneGold does not currently offer. However, this other platform is not yet fully set up; its technological backend and web/mobile user interface is still being built. Thus, at this time, OneGold's interface is the most convenient for me, and I find it to be extremely easy and convenient. OneGold's silver price is better than I have seen on the other platform I use. However, their gold price is currently not as good as on the other platform. There are a few things I would like to see improve on OneGold, but, as it is a fairly new fintech opportunity that they offer, I feel that OneGold is very good for what it is at this time! I would certainly recommend it to others in many instances.

You guys have developed a great platform here with OneGold. I realize OneGold needs to make money as all business' do. However I think the cost to redeem my OneGold funds for physical metals through APMEX, should be lowered some. OneGold/APMEX makes the 1% to 3% profit on gold & silver which is certainly fair but the redeem costs coupled with the prior 1-3%...makes the overall cost to transition from virtual oz to real world ounces a bit much to swallow.

I see that Kitco is now offering VaultChainTM at no transaction or storage fees until the end of 2020. Can you match what they offer or should I open an account with them and do all of my future VaultChainTM purchases of silver with them to take advantage of their no fees until the end of the year? Just asking!

Interesting and easy diversification concept. Cheaper than buying physical in the current environment, while providing a different type of security via geographical location. I'll definitely keep contributing a portion of my portfolio to OneGold.

I believe OneGold is the quickest and easiest way to get exposure to precious metals and have direct access to your cash. The buy/sale spreads are incredible! I will be doing a lot more business with OneGold and APMEX.
