I did not want the product because it was useless, and despite having a money-back guarantee on this product, I received no response after two weeks when asking how to claim on this guarantee.
Updated review:
After posting to this third-party feedback site, suddenly CS was interested in resolving my issue. They refunded me immediately and later offered a 20% discount to encourage me to edit my review. I still can't give higher than three stars, because even though my issue was completely resolved, the ends don't justify the means: it shouldn't be necessary to apply pressure via external sources to get a resolution.

Now, I didn't pay for postage, but that was money Onogo could have saved and maybe passed a portion of that on to it's customers.

Update: Battery delivered approximately 20 minutes after I left my first comments .I have uprated my rating to 5 stars as the delay in delivery was due to the mail services as opposed to the supplier .
