From customer service: Representative name was EDWARD "I went out into the warehouse and pulled a few and compared them to other red items and they are very similar in color. We do not consider this defective, so we will not be issuing a call tag or label. Return shipping at your expense. Would you like to proceed?"

I have not gotten my items still. I ordered them, and agreed to buy them based on their scheduled arrival time. I took the latest one, and that was time enough for me to get the items. They did not ship the order till I inquired many days later that I did not get an update on the order. Then when they shipped it, the ETA is far beyond what they say in their website. If you put a zip code dependant shipping time on your website. You need to ship them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I order 2 pairs of pants at the end of May 2018 and requested them to be sent to my job. I signed up for notifications once I received a tracking # via UPS. Early June I get a notification that the delivery could not be delivered because the suite # was not included on the package. I call UPS and give them the suite # and the package is delivered same day. When I open the package there is one pair of pants instead of 2 that was ordered. After several emails to Opentip.com I am told: On June 6, The first letter [X] represents a warehouse code. If shipped from different warehouses, some items in the following list may arrive separately in different packages. June 13, The item was back order, and we will ship out on Monday. June 21, Sir, we will contact shipping department and process the reship asap. Sorry for the inconvenience. Today is July 18, 2018, I've e-mailed them today to please refund the balance that I paid for the pair of pants that I did not receive. I've never heard of an Opentip.com before this but communication is not their strong suite and neither is fulfilling merchandise ordered. I have a feeling it will be doomsday before I am refunded for merchandise not received.

The delivery & products were as expected. I really have nothing but great feedback on the products. The pouches are sturdy, sealed great, holds in liquid well, the straws are colorful flexy straws and it was exactly what I was looking for. I will order from OpenTip again.

MEDIUM LUMBAR scoliosis brace fits up to 35" waist I am 31". Need to exchange for a LARGE NOT paying $12.99 to exchange a MEDICAL DEVICE with misleading size chart. THE BRACE runs SMALL. I can't get ANYONE to give me a return address for this too small, useless brace.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered at opentip on 4/28. Order was supposed to be delivered between 5/3 and 5/7. According to tracking details order was processed on 5/7 and ready to go out. On 5/13 it was still not received by carrier. I inquired on 5/9 as to when I would receive my order because I NEED it by 5/15. They replied on 5/13 that "it had been shipped". No other information, no excuses, no apology, nothing! Tracking info on 5/14 states it has been received by DHL and is on way to USPS. NOT acceptable

I did receive some very badly needed food items, but only about half of my order was ever sent. The other half was never sent, and after several weeks I asked to be refunded. They refunded me for my items, but refunded only $8.00 of my $108.00 shipping fee. The heaviest part of my order was never sent.

I ordered two bras from here two months ago but they've never arrived and they are not helpful when I make an inquiry. They just tell me to be patient and use their tracking, which shows nothing. It indicates my package hasn't moved in five weeks. I don't know if I'll ever see my money or order again. I guess I can try going through my credit card company to get my money back and hope it works.

Waited nearly as month asit was sent from China. Customer service was not helpful. Requested change of payment type to use funds received for a community volunteer project and they refused, even when use of the visa card did not work on their system when I initially ordered.

Was not exactly like the picture but I made it work with a bit of modifications to air handler. Charged system and it worked perfectly. Would purchase again if needed. It was shipped quickly and packed very nicely, no damage! Could not beat the price. Half the cost that I priced locally.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give 0 out of 5 if I could! They will trick you to order through their website because of some 'competitive' and 'low prices'! DO NOT DELUDE YOURSELF! You will either: 1- Never receive the goods OR 2- Receive some defective items and when asking for a refund, they will find excuses to avoid giving you back your money! OPENTIP is stealing from customers! SHAME ON YOU! BAD BUSINESS! Opentip should be reported!

I purchase 2 stake Vickerman Christmas tree and they send me potted Christmas tree . not match description on there website . call them want money back but they send replacement . still wrong item . call them and they lair to me said that ups come out tomorrow pickup item. never see them coming out. and i have call them almost every day for 3 weeks but they keep hustle me around and finally i dispute from paypal and get my money back. thanks god i don't have to deal with these people anymore. please don't order this company. save your time and money and no headache . this company dishonest i ever meet

I ordered something for my sons 2nd birthday party. I ordered it on Thursday and emailed it them over the weekend because my order still said processing. They emailed me Monday to confirm my address! (What does that mean) now because they didn't get in touch with me until Monday they couldn't guarantee it would be here by Sunday.(even though when I ordered it, it said 2-6 days). Then they said I could expedite the shipping by paying over $36. We fought and they waived the shipping and said it would ship by Monday and be here by Friday. They also said that they would email my tracking information. I still didn't have it on Tuesday. I called and they said it hadn't shipped!!! (What do you mean, you said it shipped yesterday) they also said that it probably wouldn't be here by Friday. If they sent it, I couldn't return it. I cancelled my order. I then read my emails and saw they had emailed me. They said that we had a conversation yesterday(Monday) and because I wouldn't pay the expedite charges that it might not get here by Friday. (Not the conversation I had) I will never deal with them again!!!

I order a product online - a sheriffs halloween costume which included a shirt, a hat, a toy gun and belt. I wasn't worried about the return policy because their link on their footer of their homepage said that it could be returned within 14 days. But our Halloween party got canceled so I emailed them to initiate the return.

But apparently I wasn't able to return the product because, let me quote the email "Thank for reviewing our return policy but you can also see the return exceptions:
Lingerie, swim suits, underwear, and nightgowns
No return is allowed for lingerie, swim suits, underwear, nightgowns, or any other similar products due to hygiene concern. Such items couldn't be reselled. So it will become a complete loss for us if they are returned."

I explained that it was nothing of the sort. Did they think this was a stripper costume? I am really confused.

When I explained them that it was not similar - they said it was just their "policy" and that they were sorry.

I emailed them to tell them that everything was fine on my end because I was able to sell it on Craigslist. I tried to give them constructive criticism that they should re-access their return policy.

But Belinda Hsu said " There is noting wrong with our return policy." Either they didn't understand the product type and/or that it was still in it's packaging (never opened) and/or they don't care and just want to make a quick (yet unsustainable) buck.

I ordered one pair of shoes from opentip on 10/9 for use on Halloween weekend (10/26 & 10/27). I was told they would email me a tracking number once the order had been shipped. As of 10/23, I still hadn't received a tracking number. I went on the website and found one that said the order was shipped 10/18, but couldn't provide me any further information. So I inquired about my product. I received an email with the tracking number and a lame apology barely in English. I clicked on the tracking number for my own piece of mind and it said "Info sent 10/18, Shipped 10/24, Estimated arrival date, 10/29" I will NEVER buy anything from opentip every again, and I will happily spread the word regarding opentip being a horrible retailer.

After posting this review I received the following email (I did choose to receive my shipping costs back):

Hi Jess,
Thank you for your comment on reseller ratings.
I double checked the history of this order. Please allow me to explain the situation for you.
This was a drop-ship order. We processed the order on Oct 10 which was the next day after we received your order. That means we sent your order to our vendor on Oct 10. The vendor didn't ship the order until Oct 23. We didn't get any notification of the delay. We tried to contact them but failed. Later we found their company was running in bad condition and we decided to discontinue business with this vendor. Fortunately they finished this order before they shut down. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience happened to you.
Over the past few weeks, our company has added a significant number of new staffs to meet increasing customer service. Currently, they are still in training progress, and maybe sometimes they are not so professional in handling special case. We will make extra efforts to upgrade our service. I am sure shipping delay will be dramatically reduced and we are working very hard to restore customer confidence and satisfaction.
We feel sorry that we could not process a return for this order coz the vendor is no longer in business. But we are able to credit you the shipping fee for this order as compensation for the delay.
Please kindly advise if this solution is acceptable.

They advertise low prices and then give additional discounts but never deliver the goods- After waiting two weeks I ordered from another vendor at only a slightly higher cost and had the materials in two days

I purchased a $200 coat and was given a confirmation code and 2 Days Later I called to find out when it will be shipped just for them to tell me that it was on backorder for the next 6 weeks. There was no indication or notification on their website whatsoever when I made my order. So now they're telling me I have to wait 5 days for a refund even though this is their fault also their agents keep hanging up on me or placing me on hold so they don't have to talk to me. I wish I had seen all of their bad reviews before I place my order but I never even thought to look I hope somebody will read this before they think about ordering from this website Opentip.com.

I would give zero stars if that was an option I ordered a blanket three days after it was supposed to be delivered I called and asked where it was they told me it hadn't even shipped yet 3 weeks after I ordered the blanket I called and cancelled the order and I will never order anything from you guys again in my life

I ordered 4 shoe racks, after 2 weeks I called them and they had no idea what’s going on. Finally they said it shipped - after 25 days (!) I received 1 shoe rack... then another 3 calles to get a refund for the other 3 racks. What a waist of time, don’t bother

I ordered a wine cabinet and did not get what I ordered, I then went to request a return and you have to inquire for one! Then I received an email from the customer support who tried to make it out like I was in the wrong for asking for a return...I will never ever purchase from them again and I will advise everyone I know against it as well!
