Order place on 08/06/2008 - it is now 09/12/2008 and no remote for my vehicle... Their website says they drop off 2-3 "Bulk Shipments" of FULL postal containers per day and do not get a confirmation scan from USPS... (BS!) And to wait 30 days for "Slow Mail" - Please! They are in AZ - I am in CA... IT DOES NOT TAKE 40 DAYS FROM AZ TO CA - I COULD'VE WALKED THERE AND BACK BY NOW!!! - Email after email with no response... Finally I disputed charges with my credit card and asked for new Credit cards while I was at it... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a Nissan remote from these guys on April 20th, almost 2 weeks ago now. The same thing has happened to me that seems to have happened to everyone else here. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered...

When I paid they said that my order would be shipped within 72 hours. It was actually 5 days until they sent me an email saying that they had shipped my item, which was a lie because when I try to track it at usps.com it says that "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 25, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."

Which means that they havent actually shipped it, they just printed an electronic label for the package and then sat on it.

The funny thing is, after I read these reviews I decided to buy the same remote on eBay, since I needed 2 anyways. I ordered it on April 22 and received it in the mail on April 26. And to top it off, it was only $18 on eBay, whereas OriginalKeyless charged me $37 for the same remote.

My advice: if you really want a remote, make sure to check eBay first. Dont waste your time with OriginalKeyless.com, unless you are prepared to wait a month or more for something that you could get on eBay in 4 days and for half the price.

Got a used 2004 RX8 early april. All it came with was a single key. No keyless remote no second key. So I went searching and found a decently priced keyless remote from Original Keyless. Went ahead and bought the control, I saved over $100 compared to the dealer price of $170.

Any way, today is May 7 which is one month later and still have no remote. I emailed them several times and attempted to call them. All their emails are cut and paste from pre written responses, saying the office is so busy and the post office is slow. No matter what time of day, I always get their voice mail. One time I called and the line was busy, then I called back 5 min later and yet still no answer. YOU WERE JUST ON THE PHONE!

Went to ebay and found a 2005 RX8 remote which is a switchblade key and remote for approx the same price. its been one day so Im waiting on that now.

Placed an order on the morning of the 19th, and my credit card was charged that day. Here it is 12 days later, and still nothing in the mail. Wish I'd found this website before giving them my credit card number, as I'm sure I'll be fighting the charges.
Sigh...after reading all these reviews, I just checked the USPS tracking website to find that they never delivered the package to the post office for mailing. I'm so bummed.

Ordered on December 14th. Its January 8th now. Still waiting. I've called, emailed, faxed and I got a bogus response saying to go and read their site about their shipping method. It doesnt take nearly a month to ship first class to Florida from Arizona. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from them. Time to call my bank, file a charge back and contact the BBB. Order on 2-11-10 charged 2-13 got electronic confirmation of package from USPS 2-15-10 its now 3-5-10 still no remote. Emailed about refund received email about being busy and the weather. emailed again got response about shipping policy. The problem is I've been had. The lack of shipping not the policy. I guess I will remain Original Keyless since I don't have a key fob. Oh, they ship from Prescott AR, I'm in South Carolina.

I took the Chrysler 300C key to Huffines Chrysler dealership in Plano, TX and they said the key would not program. They also said the sticker on the back that they peeled off said JEEP!And, it appeared this key was reused. STEER CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!

I ordered a keyless remote from Original Keyless for my Mitsubishi Eclipse from these con artists on July 29, 2010
After well over a month and a half later, and I had not recieved my remote... I cancelled my order. Then a couple of weeks after I cancel my order it arrived. It was NOT NEW, it was USED!
It would NOT PROGRAM to my car because it was for an entirly different Mitsubishi. I called, faxed and emailed them over 50 TIMES requesting a replacement or instructions on how to return it to them. (You can't return it signature required to a P O Box). No one from Original Keyless will contact you! These remotes are cheap refurbished used, pre programed remotes! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

Maybe too soon to decide, but this company isn't responding to both emails and web-mails, but for one (
form letter') email reply after many weeks of awaiting either shipment confirmation and/or delivery of a simple lock-unlock remote for my 1997 Pathfinder. Looks like )so far) I'm fortunate as their charge to my ccrad hasn't yet appeared, but still after some half dozen requests, no response to this last request ("please either advise availability or cancel my order"). Uncertain right now if I will be canceling my ccard, or if even doing so, that it might assure this transaction's cancelation.

I ordered an item that was listed as in-stock and Original Keyless did not ship it for 73 days. I had thought the order was canceled because Original Keyless failed to respond to three separate emails, including 2 requests to cancel the order due to the shipping delay. I refused to accept delivery of the package and to date Original Keyless has refused to issue a refund even though they are in possession of the merchandise.

If you have any correspondence with Original Keyless you will notice that they go to great lengths to avoid using the first or last name of a person, signing emails as "Tech Support". The person that picked up the package that was sent back to Original Keyless signed the delivery confirmation as James Kozlowski.

If you are a victim of Original Keyless please take the time to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General.

I wish I read reviews first, like every other review here they do not respond to emails, and never answer the phone, I have just received shipping confirmation from them 2 months after placing my order. I already found another company that was actually cheaper for the items I bought and it came with the tool to program my remotes. Original Keyless is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I thank God that I bought them on my AmEx card they are great for stuff like this. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! our compamy purchased goods from this company via the internet on 10 of july 2013 we have tried several e mails to get a parcel tracking number but have no luck we still have not received our items looks like our money has gone be carefull with this company .

I ordered from Original Keyless on June 27. One month later, having received nothing but excuses from Original Keyless, I attempted to cancel the order. They refused and state that's their policy, written on each page. Over sixty days later they still hadn't delivered, but they threatened to turn my account over to a collection agency. However, their policy is against federal law! It is in direct conflict with the Federal Trade Commission "30-Day Rule" as stated here: http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus02-business-guide-mail-and-telephone-order-merchandise-rule#WHERE%20TO%20GO%20FOR%20HELP Original Keyless MUST allow a person to get their money back if they are unable to deliver within 30 days, and can be held liable for up to $16,000 for each violation! I got ripped off, total theft. I ordered a key with a guarantee it could be programmed and it couldn’t. I returned it according to their instructions and never received a refund of any kind.
