Dont use OSS if you want your possessions to arrive in one piece or in a number of occasions arrive at all.
It took 7 months for my stuff to arrive in Sydney from the UK and when it did my £7,000 PC was smashed, a 4 way monitor stand with 4 X 32 inch monitors attached to it magically vanished, clearly stolen and numerous other items missing.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!

Their response is to blame me and say I didn't check the boxes properly, if you want to get your stuff transported safely and securely AVOID OSS WORLDWIDE AT ALL COSTS.

I will be sharing this review far and wide in as many places as possible as they suck.

We recently relocated from Europe to Australia and Chris Farley and his removal team took extra care of our arrival into the country. Chris is incredibly professional, always available and astute. He went beyond the call of duty to listen to us as clients, assist us, and provide an excellent administrative service. Our move was a really big one with two 40ft containers and rather complicated administratively with certain language barriers, but this was not a problem for Chris and his team. On delivery day, the OSS delivery team were amazing. They arrived punctually, and smiled all day for the next three and a half days that they spent in our new home, carrying and placing heavy items and boxes. They were incredibly fit and fast, yet extremely careful and all team members were attentive and focused, treating our move as if it were their own. They rarely stopped and we could not help but wonder where they got all that positive energy from! We would not hesitate to recommend this winning team to any future client. Had the guys at OSS do my Brisbane to London move again. First job was a 40 ft container and this time a more modest amount. However, the customer service and satisfaction remained high, despite the variation of jobs. This time around Kim and the team at OSS were informative, helpful and generous with their time. With the quarantining associated with the CO-VID, Kim went above and beyond with additional information and answering my questions about the vessels and arrival port. I cannot recommend OSS and Kim strongly enough, and I shall continue to have OSS deal with my overseas moving requirements in the future.

In January 2020 we engaged OSS to manage our whole house move from Halifax Canada to Canberra Australia. From the first survey through packing loading, offloading and final delivery and unpacking everything was great. The service was exceptional, clear communication, timely responses, delivery on time and great quality service from everyone we engaged. This occurred during the Covid19 challenges, and we were never impacted. I will engage OSS for our return

OSS have been great throughout our 3 bedroom house move from Melbourne to France.
Price was competitive, storage very resonable, co-ordination has been great and their partners in France - AGS have also been good. The packers in Melbourne did an amazing job with a smile on their faces.
Some slight changes to our final destination in France were made seemlessly without fuss.
All in all a good experience.

We moved a 2-bedroom apartment but no large furniture objects from Melbourne to Auckland. The whole process was amazing from in-house consultants to packers and movers and the friendly staff in the office who were in contact with regular updates. The only downfall maybe was that it took about 7 weeks door to door but it didn’t bother us as it fit our schedule perfectly.

We had a large move , 40ft container from Gold Coast Australia to Cape Town South Africa. The OSS staff were courteous, 100% professional, non invasive and compassionate. They boxed and bubble wrapped everything as if it were going to be put under a Christmas tree. A World Class Outfit with a World Class Team.

Moved a 3 bedroom townhouse from Sydney, NSW to Wellington, NZ. Overall, the move was very professional. I would use them again. The only anomalies were a lack of communication as the move date approached, and a surprise 'handling' fee from the NZ movers that seemed to be about the cost of a local move. But everything arrived - nothing missing or broken. That's worth 4 stars alone.

We moved our entire life from Brisbane to Whangarei NZ via Auckland. To start of I had 3 moving companies to provide me with quotes all were quite similar in price.
I went with OSS because I had a good feeling after I met Chis Farley. He sold his product well and I'm so glad I went with OSS.
Chris had always a good answer to all my question and worries.
And I seriously ask a lot of questions and enquired a lot via email or phone.
Every single email or phone call was answered promptly.
After I signed up, my move manager was Kim Isdale.
Kim was lovely to deal with, exactly as I was used to from Chris. For example I asked for a few boxes of packing material to get started packing some boxes myself. Which wasn't a problem for OSS within 3 days of asking for the boxes everything turned up on my doorstep.
I had ordered a 40 foot container, shipping all my belonging to Whangarei. That included a lot of antique furniture with mirrors and glass inserts, a grandfather clock as well as lots of tools and a lot of stuff other people would just leave behind.
Anyway when it came to the day of the upload I was nervous but well prepared. We had 3 days scheduled in to get it all packed and moved off site.
On the day the packing team arrived on time we had a quick brief and started packing straight away.
2.5 days later all done I signed the documents and off my stuff was gone.

About 5 weeks later my stuff was cleared buy customs. And ready to move to my chosen location.
Unfortunately we just had put an offer on a house and needed a week additional storage. I went and asked Chris and he arranged that with out any extra charge. On the delivery day the team arrived on time and had it all done just 4 hours later. I did not ask to help me unpack, simply I wanted to do it myself. 2 weeks later I had everything unpacked and checked. Cant really say there was much damage at all. But I can say happy none of the stuff I was worried about was damaged at all.
I had a lot of wrapping material left and Chris has also arranged someone to pick it up.
Moving is Stressful but if you chose the right people to help you along your journey it is much easy then you think.
I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone. THANKS OSS FOR HELPING US MOVING AND MAKING OUR JOURNEY SO PLEASANT.

Shipped entire house contents from Brisbane to Nashville in a 20 foot container. Everything went according to plan. The entire team and process were excellent. Highly recommend OSS World Wide Movers. Thank you.

This is the second move with OSS, and I cannot fault them. All staff are friendly and professional every step of the way and I will use them again. I can’t rate them highly enough. They certainly take the stress out of a big move! Thanks team.

OSS handled the Australian part of an apartment size shipment from Italy. Handled all the necessary Govt clearances and delivery, including unpacking. Very professional firm. The moving crew were fast, careful with our goods and took away all packing materials. Recommended.

My husband and I moved from a 3 bedroom apartment in Madrid, Spain to Southport, QLD. Although the final delivery was one month later than the initial estimated DOA (due to a ship delay), everything worked well both in Spain, with Mudinmar, and in Australia, with OSS. The move was quite complex, with a large number of fragile items, and we especially appreciated the professionalism, organisation and tidiness of both the Spanish and Australian teams who took care of the packing and unpacking phases.
We have moved many times in the past. It is usually quite stressful but, on this occasion, the efficiency of both Mudinmar and OSS really helped smoothing the process.

Moved from nsw to South Wales ,UK.Have moved home between Australia and UK several times over the years and I can honestly say this was the best one.Staff from start to finish in every department were friendly helpful and efficient and the move was completed bang on schedule with no damage to our goods.Excellent and highly recommended.

International move of personal items - a 3 bedroomed home from Brisbane to the UK.
From our initial contact with Chris right through to the Belfast team at Irish Relocation everyone involved in the process was professional, courteous and super effficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
All I can say is DON'T waste your time looking for another relocation company go straight to OSS.... you will not be disappointed.

We got three quotes and contracted OSS World Wide to move our entire household contents from Hope Island in Queensland to Whakatane in New Zealand. The entire end to end process was a breeze, stress free and efficient. We were assisted and advised through all stages including hands on assistance with the customs and NZ entry documentation. The packing crew arrived right on time and were excellent explaining in detail the process. They sought out comments answering our questions and packing our effects with care and skill. They sympathetically itemised and marked all boxes and aligned them to the consignment sheet along with packing locations, very professional making it so easy at the delivery end. We were kept informed and up to date of the tracking, clearances and delivery date. At the New Zealand end the truck arrived on time and were very cooperative and courteous. They packed of our goods into storage in a very professional and efficient manner with no damage, we were impressed. Having done over 12 shifts interstate and OS in my life I am happy to claim that they are the best in their field and made the relocation back to NZ enjoyable and seamless. OSS World Wide Movers gave exceptional customer service and they exceeded our expectations.

Moved a 3 bedroom plus office home from Brisbane Australia to San Antonio Texas. The move started on time as well as containner arrived in the U.S. A on time.

Moved a three bedrooms of a five bed house from Sydney NSW to Auckland NZ. Our items only arrived from the UK five weeks beforehand, so about a third was still in the boxes and had not been unpacked. However, the rep came and totally over estimated the move in the first instance, so we had to negotiate though that. At the initial visit (29/07/2019), we advised the rep numerous times that we needed to have our items delivered no later than the 2nd of September as we have family (my mother- 81, sister-in-law - 55, nephew - 21) arriving from the UK on the 3rd. She confirmed that it would not be a problem each time that we asked if it could be done. However, they told us that they would need to pick up on the 1st and 2nd of August, which we agreed to as long as it was going to be delivered on time. Long story short, the container didn't arrive until the 5th of September, we are out of pocket by $3000 as we needed beds, bedding, something to site on, cook with, drink from, you know, the basic household items, we were lied to about the ship movement and delivery dates by NZ Movers and by OSS, and when we've complained to them and escalated it to Michael Dunstan - Sydney Branch Manager, who committed to look into the problems we had and feedback to us two weeks ago, but hadn't bothered.

Once they've got your cash, they no longer want to communicate with you, which is evident from their responses on this site.
