I bought 2 Memory foam pillow's, that I have to say are the worst pillow's I have ever purchased !! They came in a flat roll, that has broken up into pieces and is anything but confortable !!! My fault !!! I should know better than to buy without trying it first !!

I placed an order on 12-12-18 but never received it. They did not respond to my countless emails. The phone number was never answered and the tracking number they gave me was invalid. PayPal had to finally step in and refund my money.

I was trying to buy 12 pack of hand sanitizer . 15% off pop up and as I kept trying to go back and forth of the site to see 15% off again . I went back and forth to PayPal without completing my purchase . Never authorized purchase.
and they preauthorize $44.95 twice on my debit card and I don't see anything on PayPal . I don't like it when they charged without my approval . That's attempt to steal . After reading bad reviews . I don't want to buy anything cause don't have time to wait . In a tough corovirus , you suppose to help people and not waste people's time !

In March I purchased 4 hand crank flashlights that are supposed to have up to 30 minutes of light per 1 minute of cranking. I got them, tried each one multiple times and never got more than a few second of light. I called the company and left a voicemail, I e-mailed 8 times and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I cannot believe that they can operate like this with faulty products and then blowing off the customer. I will never have anything to do with this company again.

After I posted my original review, the company did contact me and issued a full refund.

Very bad experience, I bought a product that was listed for $23.99 but when I singed to my PayPal account the charge was $44.57. I tried to reach the customer service over the phone but it is not working!!! After that I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge after I paid $13 for the return. Based on what I saw the dispute was resolved in their favor!!!!! That means they took $44.57 for nothing plus the $13
I paid for the shipping. They are the worst online retailer I have ever bought from. Very bad customer service experience and they just scammed me for $44.57. In addition to the long time for delivery.

I ordered two 2016 calendar date books.
They arrived promptly, and they look nice, but!
one of them left out June and December entirely, and it repeats July in place of December . So it's a mess, and they were meant as gifts.

Is it possible to return it and receive a replacement by Christmas?

I am beyond disappointed with the coat I ordered for my 3 year son. The coat took almost. Month to arrive and when it arrived it came from CHINA, the coat is cheaply made and not as described and It has a horrible smell! On the website it mentions nothing about being made in China it also has an American address but clearly that’s a fraud! I will be contacting the BBB!! My advice to everyone is order elsewhere! The cheapest quality I’ve ever had! So disappointed

i ordered 4 items a month ago. the website says they process orders within 2-3 days and make you think it's coming from a their company in Illinois. i did some reseach and they don't have a wherehouse at that address it's a hackerspace and returns go to P.O. box at a printing/copying store. EVERYTHING THEY SELL COMES FROM CHINA AND TAKES FOREVER!!!!!
after 4 weeks they are telling me it is just leaving China now??????? i ordered masks and a thermometer that i really needed quickly as an essenial worker
$100 wasted
