The parts I ordered came undamaged, went together easily, and look great. My only issue is in this day and age why it takes 3 weeks to get a stock item order. I live in Washington and my stuff shipped from Oregon via UPS. That's only a two day delivery time.

Excellent all around. The lady was very knowledgeable about the products and prompt with email quotes. Can't say anything bad. Delivery was on time too. Packaged well on a pallet and wrapped with clear wrap.

This whole experience was unsatisfactory. First, I was given incorrect tracking on an order that was going to Rhode Island, rather than Portland, OR, my home. When the columns were finally delivered, the pallet was smashed on one side and one of the two columns ruined. The response to the damage issue was OK, and a new column ordered and eventually shipped but the delivery didn't come when it was scheduled, and I had taken off an entire Friday afternoon to received it. It did finally come on the following Monday. Not unhappy with the columns themselves, but the process was ridiculously drawn-out, especially given that the columns are actually made in Oregon, about five hours south of my house!

I am pleased with the posts, However, I tried contacting customer service about the delivery of the posts. I tried four times, one voice, two emails, and a phone call with no answer. I wanted to request to hold the shipping until my wife was out of the hospital. Unfortunately, this was not accomplished and after at least 5 attempts at getting hold of UPS, I had almost given up hope. One day before the shipment was due to be delivered, I finally got hold of a supervisor with UPS that was able to assist me. It kind of frustrated me in the response from Pacific columns! Almost seems like once the order was placed, their job stopped.!

There was some disconnect between the customer service department and the production wearhouse. It took too long to get answers on where my shipment was and why it had been delayed. They need to ha e direct access communication.

I shopped around quite a bit for columns for my 1947 bungalow and thought that Pacific Columns had a competitive price and good quality. But what helped tipped the scales for me was the great shipping rate. My column is now installed, painted and looks wonderful!

Overall the support from sales to customer service was great. I was a bit disappointed about the support with the claim due to damage on arrival, as I believed Pacific Columns would take the lead with the claim even though no damage was initially noted on the bill of lading. However, it turns out I should be good going it alone with FEDEX and submission time turned out not to be an issue.

Nice product. I hope it spans the test of time. It really enhances the beauty of my 112 year old home. Staff treated me well when I called with questions about their products. I will be ordering more.

My job was set back 6 weeks due to the manufactures pallet that was supplied, because of its poor construction, my (3) columns where damaged by a fork truck on the first delivery, then weeks later again on the second delivery, finally someone listened to me and got it right in the third delivery. I don't believe Pacific Columns did enough to prevent my issue to get resolved in a timely manner. It would be hard to use you Company again and also refer to my other contractors in the business.

We ordered 4 capitals for a church we are restoring. Everything up to and including ordering was fine. They said they could cut the capitals (split) for us and decided to go with that. The order came and the cuts were so far off It literally threw our entire schedule off by more than a week. Some areas were over an inch out of spec. There was no way these could be presented to our client. We had to go out and buy the equipment to re-cut the capitals. Our clients are not happy that we missed our window, and we lost quite a bit money in labor and materials to get these cut down. All we were told is the cuts were "kinda hard to make". If you're not set up to make proper cuts why bother offering the service. They where a standard cut that was offered. Unfortunately this was the first and last time we order from this company. The 2 stars are for the customer service provided in ordering the capitals.

helpful to determine what I needed and shipped quickly. I had to contact you when my shipment was missing four pieces but the freight company found them after I photographed the boxes missing and were found in a warehouse somewhere.

This additional column was ordered because of damaged column. They did not replace it for free because I didnt check all 8 of my columns on previous order. I left them in driveway and didnt want to check until my prep was ready about 2 weeks later. The columns are heavy and I ddnt want to risk damage until I was ready. To my surprise, when I pulled out the column from box, it was cracked.. i was under impression you guys would cover me and you did not. I was VERY dissappointed that you could not cover the cost of damaged column due to shipping and when I could reasonably check columns... please review your proceedures so you can help ore in odd cases like mine... thank you..

The order and pricing were great. The box had been folded in the middle during shipping and all the trim was broken. I was asked to do a survey but instead replied with this issue. I did not hear anything until this email for a review.

The Columns arrived very quickly and far exceeded our expectations. They are very well made and the white finish is perfect. It looks like they have been powder coated so the finish should last for ever. I would highly recommend these columns. I have yet to install them so that is another story. If I run into problems they have a help line.

Very helpful. Wish I knew about you last year because I took a hit on custom columns that did not fit and were not returnable. But, thankfully I found you and ordered the replacement columns from you. Your staff was very helpful.

columns received - when we went to load on truck for install day, one of the columns, when place on a persons shoulder, made a hole in the middle of the column. The piece is so flimsy as is the rest of the column. I sent an email on 2/20 to the person who placed the order for me. She advised me that she sent the info to customer support but no one has contacted me regarding this issue. Hoping to get this resolved.

Complete incompetence- produced wrong work product after multiple emails and phone calls on my part to make sure you got it right. You need to fire the sales rep Elizabeth Hatch that worked with me. I even wrote on the final drawing that I scanned and sent that the pedestal base should have 'square' rather than 'rounded' corners. You sent 'rounded' corners. Your insulting solution was to offer a $40 credit. Seriously? The columns don't match the design of my house and you won't respond or send revised material to correct - but after numerous emails you offer a $40 credit on a $700+ order? Shame on you! I'm trying to escalate via multiple channels including my credit card company, social media and the better business bureau. You guys should just close up and go home. Shame on you. Will never order from you again and I'll do all I can to see that others don't endure the pain I suffered. Any other company would step up and admit they made a mistake. You guys don't even offer to send revised work product. A $40 credit is insulting. Please respond

Good! We have a history of ordering craftsman style columns for porches we build for our customers. Pacific Columns has reference of our ordering history so it makes it easy to ask for them again with no problems. It ships in 5 to 10 days, and we have received them in a weeks time 99% of the time. We are satisfied with our purchase!

Customer service was extremely helpful. Prompt response and prompt response on questions and quotes. Delivery received on time and in excellent condition. Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely purchase from Pacific Columns again.
