Just don't listen to concerns relating to evri leaving parcels on doorsteps saying they are securely delivered. They are clearly not. No one received them. No door opened etc.

Packlink ignored it. Useless rude service.

Just a terrible company when things get lost and you want compensation. My parcel worth almost £200 was lost and Packlink did not compensate siting that is was a prohibited item despite the fact that the courier clearly allows this from their restrictive items list.

Advice: never use and go direct with the courier.

Do not use poor experience of lost item which then turned up. in the run up to Christmas i used packlink to deliver an item through Hermes, when the item did not turn up i opened a case a had feedback the item was lost and would be handed over to the loss team. As this was a xmas present i sent replacements via Royal mail to ensure delivery. The items then appeared 2 weeks later and were delivered. The claim was then refused as they has been delivered. The customer was great and returned the item which i refunded them the post. Since then ( 4 months) i have been battling to get my post back, long delays in replies, then recently calls for ebay invoices never mentioned in the previous 3 months and even harder to find now. Despite calls for someone to contact me never happened, no wonder they take so long to reply with this process, will never use again.

I contacted the customer service by email for 2 weeks and they were not able to solve the issue (allocate my parcel or be in contact with the shipment company). When contacted them via chat the girl closed the chat a minute after saying she was going to look into the issue. Never gave me an explanation. I had to open the chat 3 more times to actually understand what the next steps will be. Only answer given? Someone will email you...

Stay away from this totally unreliable company. My suitcase, due to be delivered within 3 days from Malaga to northern Italy, was lost. The only explanation I got was "it simply cannot be located". A big suitcase just magically disappears. There is no way to talk to anyone other than live chats or emails. Had to wait a month to even be able to start the complaint process. Their basic insurance is just ridiculous for compensations and no wonder it is more convenient to lose items than actually provide a delivery service. I will never ever use them again and highly discourage anyone from using this company. Your belongings and money are not in safe hands.

I put 1 as I could not put 0!!!!

This service is a SCAM and a total waste of money and time.

1) My parcel was collected with 4 days delays because there was an error in their system and I had to chase them to reschedule as they didn't even notice!

2) Delivery was supposed to arrive in 48 hours and after 17 DAYS the parcel has NOT ARRIVED yet.

3) After 17 days we were notified the parcel has been send back to the sender because the courier LOST OUR DOCUMENTS INCLUDING OUR ID AND SENSITIVE DATA.

I have been trying to contact customer service but it's basically NON EXISTENT and the robot chat keep saying they don't have any updates.

At the end, my parcel has not arrived yet, my ID and personal data have been lost, surely breaking all GPDR regulations and no one knows what happened!

I still await for updates and aim to take further actions against the company.

If you use Ebay to sell items but use your own delivery service beware!!! On checking my Paypal account I find I have been charged by Packlink for deliveries that I sent via. my Hermes account, so being charged twice for each parcel. On one occasion I was charged £11.05 and £8,82 for the SAME parcel that actually went via Hermes (£7.89) so the postage charge came to £27.67. I got the 11.05 refunded but not the £8.82, it didn't meet their requirements. Ebay has become too greedy and needs some competition.

They were quick and easy to use however their customer service is a joke and even with insurance, they will refuse to cover the cost of any damage if it’s not visible. E.g if your electronics get dropped and the insides die from it, because there’s no external damage, they won’t cover it. There site is also a pain to use. I’d buy straight off of the actual delivery people (e.g Hermes or ups) a bit more expensive but they are much more legit.

The parcel was destroyed during transport. The courier admitted that the parcel was damaged during transport, photographs were provided of before, after including buddle wrap packaging and fragile sign, yet after months of wait, they refused to issue the compensation.

Had problems for months now with Packlink service, almost 100% problems when chosing Hermes, not able to actually speak with a real person and resolve issue easily. latest problem, 6"x 6" x2" parcel weighing 400 grams sent via hermes 29/&/20 on 29/7/20 hermes delayed Parcel 48 hours AS "Too Large an item, needs specialist Van" Now 11th August, and despite providing photographic evidence of the actual parcel, cannot get any response/explanation whatsoever from Packlink or Hermes on what should be relatively easy issue to sort out despite contacting both on a daily basis. Virtual assistant or chatline absolutely hopeless, need real person customer services. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES EVER. You have been warned

Packilinks service in my experience is not fit for purpose, my latest experience was in respect to an item purchased from China 6 months ago totally successful via China Post. Having not used the item I resold it on eBay knowing that eBay would be using Hermes I not only used the original packaging but double boxed it for further protection. Packlink/Hermes totally destroyed the item and on filing a claim Packlink stated the packaging was not suitable. Strange the package travelled from China to the UK with no damage Hermes destroyed it covering only 100 miles.

THEY DESAPEARED WITH ALL MY STUFF!!! I hired Packlink to transport 6 boxes, with 150kg, and they don't know where they are!!! On the page they say that there was an Incident 5 days after they took my things, they don't explain what happened, and said that they have 21 days to find out where they are. Only after this period I can consider that the boxes "desapeared" to accionate the insurance. The insurance will only pay me if I have the fiscal notes, which I don't have. I'll need to call the police and a lawyer to get my rights. DREADFUL COMPANY! IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE, RUN AWAY OF IT!!!

My husband sent a parcel which was well packaged and protected (just as it was sent to us when we bought it) and put fragile stickers all over it. He took insurance on it too to cover loss or damage. Was sent from Packlink and courier was DHL. Arrived at buyer's house in pieces. After weeks Packlink said they were not refunding us as its fragile we shouldn't send anything fragile in the mail!! A loss of £150 for us. Disgusting way for both companies to treat people especially when you have insurance too. Don't use them!!!!
