I'm outraged at the lack of communication. Is this a scam??? I ordered 10.5 weeks ago, yet the website claims 10 days. Was there a typo??? Should it be advertised as 10 weeks??!!!! At this point i'm over it. I send emails upon emails yet no reply. I will never order $#*! from Pakible again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Pakible has a great model on a market that needs some updating, and I believe they are leading the pack here. My first experience with Pakible was with the launch program. While it took a little bit for them to work out the "kinks" in their model, it was well worth the wait. I use the boxes for our products and always receive complements from my customers. I will be placing another order shortly with Pakible and suggest you take a hard look at them. You won't be disappointed.

Like my other reviewers, my experience with Pakible was very disappointing. When I placed my order for 10 boxes, I was very excited and anxious to see my designs come to life. My credit card was immediately charged for the order and I was told to wait for a follow-up email with a proof of my purchase. That is where things went downhill. Communication from Packable was little to nonexistent. It took them over a week alone to send me a digital proof of my order. Despite having my email address, my approval and my money, it took OVER A MONTH to PREPARE for printing. Throughout that time, I constantly sought out customer service or help. I emphasized the time-sensitivity of my order, yet Pakible continued to reassure me that I would get my order on time. Five days before my deadline, I received an email from the company saying my order was "preparing to print" and it would be shipped by the end of the next week. I was devastated. I understand that custom orders take time but I was basically strung along and cheated out of my money since the very first email. I frantically reached out to customer service, to convey my disappointment, but again, no response. Left out of options, I emailed the company CEO with my complaint, asking for a refund (if the product was "preparing" to print, why not just cancel the order and save us all time and supplies?). His response was incredibly rude. I was basically scolded for my request. I was told I "should have known" that my order would take time. I was told "we can’t just reuse your custom print for another customer" and that my refund was basically impossible. I am so upset with my experience and service from Pakible. Oh, and I still don't have my order.

Very difficult to contact and communicate with. Basically wasted my time and strung me along to only reject the request for whatever reason. They changed the entire site and design process which made it much worse. You probably have better luck on Alibaba

DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR PACKAGING. Every promise or "claim" this company made was untrue. They make it seam that it's fully customized service but all you can do is send them your logo. No tissue paper, interior printing, etc. as advertised on the first page of their site. My emails to them went unanswered for over 2 weeks at a time. They continued to send automated emails saying that things were moving but any real human connection was in defense or promising something that was never delivered. I copy and pasted some communication with the company below to see how the operate. My company ships online and deals with quality issues, customer service, design and shipping all day long. This company didn't know what they were doing throughout the entire process. I provided my own art after they sent me a proof that was unacceptable. They disappeared and when the boxes showed up they were all wrong and terrible quality. From the initial order to delivery was 2 1/2 months. Here's my last email trail with them. My last communication with them that went unanswered. : Dear Pakible- Ok i understand your position. I'm trying to approach this fairly with the communication that I have received. You have yet to address that you advertised 10 days it it took well over a month to get a response on when I initial order. . I will do my best to make sure people know how your company operates. Seriously the worst customer service in the planet. Very rude and i had to wait about a month to get a response to a simple question. Not to mention the wait on my boxes, i honestly waited over 5 months for my product to arrive. They just arrived today and boxes are horrible. My logo looks faded and cheap. Box color completely different to what was shown on website. I made a mistake on choosing this company for my business boxes. Lost money and time. I would never again make business even if they had their boxes marked to one cent. I will make sure i tell all my business buddies never to shop here. Horrible.

I bought the "10 boxes for $10" deal when they first started. I did feel like the set up was a little strange. The site didn't even ask for my shipping address which made me feel a little uneasy. It took a VERY long time to get my order, but they did reply to my emails and did give me an update a few weeks out. As I understand it, they got REALLY busy REALLY fast and weren't prepared. I think they messed it up for themselves early on, which is a bummer. If they would have updated customers from the very start, letting them know that there would be delay, I don't think they would have so many negative reviews. I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't really bother me. I only paid $10 & I love my boxes. It was a good deal. I would buy from them again, but with the expectation that shipping might take a while.

They are a horrible business. They lie to you when you contact them about your order. It takes weeks to receive responses to emails. It took a little over a month to even get a physical product that was promised for 10 days. On top of that, my boxes came with discoloration bands on some of the flaps for 8/10 boxes! Literally more than have were defective. They do not have quality control at all. It is obvious that they do not understand how to run an effective business. It is a shame they have these capabilities to print boxes, but no sense of running a business or handling customers.

You won't get this information anywhere else because the company deletes Facebook posts. I posted on the page several times and my comments were deleted. I'm here to tell you stay far away if you're considering purchasing with Pakible! I completed due diligence before I ordered from Pakible and apparently their customers include Reddit and Samsung. Average orders are anywhere between 100-1,000,000 units so I was reluctant to order since I was interested in the "Launch Box" promotion which is 10 units. However, I was sold due to the price. Unfortunately, my intuition was right. After I ordered the staff at Pakible was very inattentive and ununresponsive. I did not feel like a valued customer and I'm sure I was not considering the context of the few emails I received. It appeared to me that priority was given by the volume because Facebook had mixed feedback. Mostly customers were very disappointed at the service including myself. I placed my order and the status was never updated. There's really no point to the status update page because it was never attended. It seemed that if I did not force the team to work they did not. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive a proof. It was unacceptable because they advertise packaging retrieval in 10 days. I complained and followed up every few days and the best solution I was given was a refund. Wow! It was a slap in the face because they obviously didn't care for my patronage. Week 3, I asked the designer I was connected with if the packaging would be complete in a week and he informed me it's not possible, so I agreed to a refund. The entire experience was unorganized and terrible. I was changed sales tax and it was not rerefunded, I rarely received replies, my proof displayed their brand on it (the company puts 'Made by Pakible' on your boxes), and the staff exhibited little effort. It was disappointing but I found a company that does mockups and any volume the customer desires. Keep looking for competitors, they can be found.

The Pakible team has been awesome! Dante was very quick to respond to my many email inquiries and questions-being that I am newly started subscription service. Appearance-The team was able to match up the colors perfectly with my logo. Quality-The boxes arrived in good shape. Very sturdy and durable for shipping purposes Customer Service- I give Pakible an A+ Very responsive. Website- Very easy and user friendly Pricing- "Can't beat it with a bat!" For my company I was looking a company that could create affordable but good quality custom packaging. I stumbles on Pakible by accident. I like what I saw and took a chance with them. It was definitely the best accident to happen for my business. The boxes I requested with my graphics came back exactly as I expected. The staff was great to work with and kept me up to date during the process. I'm looking forward to working with them more in the future.

This company totally redeemed themselves. Our first order was really late, not exactly what we ordered and sent no proof. But the quality of the box and the price brought us back. It also seemed like they made some huge strides with website integration and the chat feature was finally active! We were very pleased with our last order. I figure our woes before were simply due to the nature of a new company trying to figure it out. I'm glad they did!

Pakible is awesome! We printed 250 boxes with them and the quality was great. They're affordable, especially when printing low quantities. I love that something like this is available to small businesses and the like. The level of one-on-one customer service was amazing. I was able to talk to them over the phone and get answers to my questions. They provided me with a template to put my design on. The process was super easy. Amazing! Thank you, Pakible!

Our company uses custom shipping boxes that I produced three years ago. This process entailed me to purchase blank flat boxes, finding a printer who could print on them, working with them for hours to configure my artwork, waiting for the production run to complete, and then transporting them to our office. My experience with Pakible was completely different. I only did a short run of 25 boxes in order to sample their quality and service. I was impressed and have decided to be a returning customer. I created a full color Launch Box with our logo and some text. The web tool is pretty good and I was able to make it far into the process to submit my order. I had some concerns about the resolution and size of my graphics, but that was all fixed with a simple email. I reached out to the team and they accepted a vector file for my graphic and assured me that they had everything they needed for a great print. Later, the flat boxes were delivered to our office and they looked great. The entire team loved them, especially the full color exterior, and the print quality was better than expected. From this short run, we have decided to use Pakible for our next large run of custom boxes.

I loved the ease of use of Pakible's website. It was super quick to throw up my logo, website, and a quote and get boxes shipped to me. I would definitely use them again. I also liked that I could change the actual color of the box. The boxes were very slick, with flushed edges and looked very professional. I got lots of compliments on them. They create an experience for the customer. Will definitely use again :)

Pakible is really fantastic to work with! Their customer support is amazing and were willing to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. Also their service is quite amazing and one of a kind basically, from what I have seen. They were the only company I was able to find that allows small MOQ, no die buying, and quick turnaround. I have recommended their company to many people and would definitely use them again!

FedEx lost my boxes and these people were kind enough to ship my items again with no extra charge and give me a discount on top of it! Talk about customer service?? Literally the best!!! I will only order boxes from now. #1 client :) Try them out

I love Packable. It was the ease of ordering small quantities that brought me, but it's the quality product and customer service that will keep me. I had a custom request over the Christmas holidays and they answered my emails almost immediately. They were and remain responsive, consistently helpful and kind. By the time I got back from break a pack of beautiful printed and folded boxes was waiting for me. I can't wait for more box sizes and more orders.

The box quality on our order was good, but the entire process leading up to receiving our order was painful. They were not responsive with customer service, and the pricing is somewhat bait and switch. We did not order from them again, and have since moved on to both Packlane and Lumi with better results and easier design process.
