I flew into London for a week end. Realized I need my hair done. I got the next appointment using my phone. It was super easy to make a booking. The lady handling the cash register was lovely and welcoming. My barber Rainey was awesome. He was friendly and understood what I wanted done. He talked to me while doing my hair and explained as well what his idea was. I enjoyed the whole experience. I’m surely coming back when I’m next in London

I’ve been going to the Trafalgar Square branch for at least five years now and can’t imagine wanting to go anywhere else! A superb haircut, great atmosphere (especially with the complementary rum or whisky) and as always, a lovely chat with my favourite stylist Marii.

I popped into Pall Mall Barbers and got seen by a lovely barber named Oana and I was extremely impressed. She was warm and welcoming with a lovely smile, and her attention to detail was second to none, i’ve never been more chuffed with a haircut in all my life, cannot recommend highly enough!

As big brand I got really disappointed: first because I booked in a specific time and as soon as I get there they told me that my book was changed without any notification... then they look each other and they ask to one guy, at his first experience, because I asked me if my cut was Just with scissors (I noticed and I got confirmation later from him, that he was l still learning). So I feel treated like the second chance.. nothing wrong with the boy, he was very nice, but as hair cut I was expecting definitely more.. even he cutted to much when I ask just an adjustment.. I m sorry but I would try the next time tony and guy! If I knew, I shoted a photo a picture of my cut once finished. Was unacceptable. Thanks to ask me.

Having tried several barbers after moving to London nearly a year ago, I went to Pall Mall on the recommendation of a friend, where I had my hair cut by Cara at the Fitzrovia location. I've now been going to her for nearly a year and have never left the shop unhappy. She delivers consistently great cuts and takes the time to make sure every hair is in the right place. What's more, she gives great tips on styling and recommendations on new styles to think about--I recently grew out a beard and she gave me a brilliant new cut to suit it. The icing on the cake is that she's extremely sociable and friendly and seems genuinely interested in all of her clients. Needless to say I'll be going back regularly for the foreseeable future.

I come to London once a year from NYC and It’s always a treat to get my hair cut by Alex in the Trafalgar Square store. Alex is a fantastic barber and a top guy! I would 100% recommend - I love he’s experience and stories!

PallMall Barbers - Bishopsgate Barber - Martin £70 for two sessions to leave with a terrible haircut! The sides are horribly uneven (even with product), the back looked like it’s been cut with hedge shears, and nowhere close to the pictures I showed on both occasions (an excuse given was that they were all different hairstyles, yet they were under the same hairdresser calling it a two block haircut (korean undercut) and after studying the pictures for much longer than I would have wanted, they are exactly the same hairstyle!) I’ve had better haircuts and less rushed service from a Mr Toppers, and have had it recut by my local barber (£11) the day after.

Very easy to book online at the Fitzrovia branch, recieved my cut from Yassine, excellent, went shorter than usual on his recommendation and extremely happy with it (wife also happy). Definitely recommended.

When I was in London last week from the states I had the best hair cut, Beard trim with a wet shave I have ever had in the world by Alex. Great service by Alex the whisky was amazing and the conversation was great. It was also fabulous to know from Alex the history of the barber shop as it’s 1 of the oldest in England. It was a really great British experience for me much better than seeing the changing of the Guards.

After a years hair and beard growth it was time for a pretty heavy trim, went in with the intention of a number one on top and loping half the beard off, Grant put the brakes on the beard am im glad i listened. still went one on top but Grant cut and shaped my beard, lost what need to come of and shortened it appropriately, really pleased i listen, really pleased with the out outcome. Grants a top barber go see him, i will be going again (Kings Cross Branch)

David has been cuttinf my hair for the last 5 years, i live in birmingham where david first started as a barber and was gutted when he left for london! You will not find a more relaxed precise barber than him, his skin fades have always been on point! I even made him train a barber for me before he left! I since visit family in london often and see david ofcourse for my trim! A true friend and an artist at his craft.
