This company is a big Fraud stay away from them and they are very slow in helping customers and also scam you by offering free public info. Try to avoid them as they are a big scam and fraud company.

why is it okay to put out peoples name and address for the world wide web to see. Including bill of sale this is a breach of confidentiality. No one is told that this will happen but I can assure you my work is a big company and I have a big mouth and will be telling anyone and the companies here that you put the information on line for everyone to see. Panji does not care about customer confidentiality

Panjiva is super easy to use and provides a lot more information than the previous company we used. It's definitely worth the extra money you pay. I only gave it four stars because everything can be better. I almost never give 5 stars on reviews.

user interface can definitely use some improvement. In addition, if you view the same profile (saved or not) over two different dates, they will hit your Profile View credit. We were doing some research one month and realized how quickly we used up the credit. Sorry, but I don't really think it's worth the money.

My company subscribes to Panjiva's US import data to help understand what our particular market looks like. Their database is intuitive and easy to use. Furthermore, if we ever have questions, our dedicated customer service person at Panjiva is easily available to answer any questions and give our team pointers on how to use the database more efficiently. It's an expensive subscription, but if you use it right it's very powerful.

We are a small company that specializes in a limited number of chemicals. Once we have the data provided by Panjiva, which is a year's worth, we don't need to keep close tabs on things for another several months. Plan to rejoin around the March 2018 timeframe.

This company are a bunch of scammers and law breachers. They suposely sell you access of private bussines data of companies and individuals, that they get for free from US goverment agencies, and that anyone can get from. If you suscribe you will find pretty basic information of names imports and value of imports with no datails at all. If you request a refund of your money you will never get it. Stay away from this company. In many countries (like in Europe) this company could be sued and pay millions for exposing and posting online private and personal data of companies without their knowledge.

I've been using the free version of Panjiva for over a year, I finally got my company onboard with a small trail version. Panjiva beats Datamyne and Import Genius with data search for countries all over the world. It makes it easy to find new clients and suppliers. I also use it to vet potential customers or suppliers. Being in partnership with DNB and other Credit Services is a plus! I recommend Panjiva to companies that have a vision for growth and expansion overseas. This is the tool that will give you peace of mind.

Panjiva is publishing my company's import/export data without my permission. They are using my company's name to enrich themselves. Additionally, they do a great job at manipulating their online ratings. Read reviews with caution. Take the good reviews with a grain of salt.

I have now taking a couple of classes with Hilary and one with Domila and Kristin and everyone of them have been extremely patient and helpful. They all have a great attitude and know their craft and teach it well. I thank them all, as indirectly they are all part of my success in finding new opportunities.

Panjiva I am angry with your company. Do you know you violate people's privacy by exposing people? If someone is being protected from a murderer do you know you would play a role in someone's death? Stop posting people information on the Internet. Guys I emailed the company asking for my information be removed they played me no mind. Only after my lawyer got involved it was taken down in less than 13 hours. Shame on you Panjiva not professional. BAD BUSINESS.

I believe companies such as this that make money off of handing out (public records or not) MY hard earned proprietary information are unfortunate leeches. Blood, sweat, tears and a lot of money was put into finding my own quality manufacturer...and I find it on your site for sale. Shame on you all. The low ball people who are looking to rip this information off should also have had to find it them selves the hard way. You're all a bunch of scum bags. Where's MY CUT of the subscription money you get paid to share my information? Why was my permission not asked? While 'technically legal' this is totally unethical and I could NOT have a lower opinion of your company.

According to this plan it was 15 June 2018 last date for my plan and then after at least for 6 month I did not want to use PANJIVA since what ever I was looking I got it from my this one month plan only how ever on 17th June I have been charged another 300 USD for which I did not apply. I also sent company mail regarding that but they did not reply the mail even though they have open the mail. Order Summary invoice number INV00046785 (download invoice) billing period May 16, 2018 - June 15, 2018 billed to Apal Vora ([email protected]) India Really very disappointed with Panjiva for this kind of work. Panjiva is a great tool supporting both our Product and Sales Teams. Product is enjoying full visibility on volume data per various trades enabling new strategies and supplier negotiations; Sales is enjoying full data acess to prospect companies and related decision makers helping them be active on the field whilst maitaing a clear focus on the given mandate as to prospect classification and geographical impact.

Good Info on the site, but not happy that all the credits are consumed everytime i look at the same company. Also not happy that many companies are the same with similar spelling and you get hit each time you view.

I think the data information could be displayed in a report more efficiently even when you are aout of your downloaded lines, just by dowloading them directly in the computer. Could be also great to filter the results of your searchs on the topic whatever is your own interest, like having filters like in excel. Could be great if we can handle the report online and get a summary of the report by eacch filter if we want. After we download the report we have to work a lot more to format, additions, filtering and at the time the report comes out it is very late and we have to rush database.

Unfortunately I asked for 1 month of a professional plan and they automatically suscribed me to the next month. This feature should be fixed, as a customer I should be able to decide if I want to continue using the service. Edit: after writing this review they reimbursed the aditional month. This is the reason why I changed the overall rating.

I think Panjiva's own rating is very flawed, just because a company has decline in total weight shipment to the US their ratings dropped by almost half. This puts the company in a negative spotlight which is not a real representation of the reputation of the company. I work with a very reputable company for over 30 years. Their rating was at 96 last year, this year they dropped to 57. This is very misleading. The manufacturer I work with has been growing at a constant rate of 10-20% in the past 10 years. They are very well known in our business industry.
