I've had good luck with them. On time shipping, always the right part and no bad packaging. And they seem to be a few bucks cheaper than the other reputable groups. I wouldn't order from mass order sites just appliance parts companies , they seem to do better. Thats who I would compare prices with. They combined to orders to save me shipping without being asked also.

Buyer BEWARE PartsDr.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS if box opened, nor if part was actually tried; unclear how a consumer is suppose to know if the part works without trying it; after all their site states in multiple places it's for the DIY repair.

They sell directly to the consumer for DIY, following their videos my issue came down to two possible parts, based on their video troubleshooting I ordered the most likely part based on their troubleshooting videos, turned out to be the 2nd part which is higher price. Although no electricity passed though the control panel, no screws used, it simply snaps in place , because it was snapped in place the company policy DOES NOT ALLOW RETURNS, at $185 and I might add the replacement part #2 is higher priced at $212.57 plus tax and shipping and I simply was trying to return towards the 2nd higher priced part minus the 5% restocking fee. It's an expensive lesson, strong recommendation is to by-pass PartsDr.com and use a different company that actually support their customers.

Well, not much to say about this company other than DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you want/need a refund for any reason, you're NOT gonna get it. They will tell you that you installed your part, even of you didn't. They get you by forcing you to open the box to put the Return Authorization form INSIDE the box. Once you open the box, they can say you installed the part, even if you didn't, which I didn't.

After ordering the part, my wife and I decided to order a new dishwasher instead to messing with our old one, so i didn't need the part. I went online and set-up the return. Unfortunately I had to open the stupid fricken box with the part inside to put their form in it. When they got the part back, they said I installed it, which why would I have tried if I bought a new dishwasher?! Anyhow, needless to say I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I had returned the part. The dispute was declined because of their return policy. It's a crock of crap, so don't fall for it. Order from someone else that allows returns with no strings attached!


I wasted $145 for nothing and they probably resold my uninstalled part to someone else. They offered to send it back to me, but wanted me to pay for the shipping. Yeah, OK, not happening!

Do NOT buy any parts from this company. They refuse to accept returns and when you do return an item, they say it was installed to get out of refunding the purchase price. Read their BBB Reviews!

No one had this part, I even called SEARS, the Manufacturer of the Refrigerator and they did not have the part. Didn't even know what I was talking about. I got onto their website and the part was exactly what I needed, and I received the part in ONE DAY! Unbelievable service and Price was reasonable. Would buy from them again!

I ordered five parts for my Jenn-Air stove from Parts Dr. When I received them, I contacted an installer. It was about two months before he could come out to do the install, and when he did he informed me that one of the burners was for another type of stove. So I called and spoke with a guy named Ryan, and explained the situation. He said that he could see that the part was for an LG stove, not Jenn-Air, but that it was my problem since it was past the 30 day return policy. I told him that one of his experts guided me to the part number that I ordered, so I felt that Parts Dr should take responsibility for providing misinformation. Ryan told me that I needed to take responsibility for the fact that I didn't return the part within 30 days. When I suggested that perhaps I needed to speak with someone else he said, "There is no one else, I’m the owner and this conversation is over. I'm going to hang up now." and he did! So my only avenue for restitution is to try to protect other consumers from encountering this horrendous customer service by posting this everywhere; and I mean EVERYWHERE! I've always received great service from Repair Clinic and Appliance Parts Pros. I just stumbled on this idiot by accident. Shan't make that mistake twice, and I hope you don't either.

This partadr.com company are thieves, do not buy from them, some parts that they sell do not work and then they do not accept returns. they literally stole my money.

I ordered parts for my GE dryer by the GE parts list provided by "parts dr" but when the parts arrived some were for a washing machine and for an ice maker. They were contacted the same day about the error they had to have photos of the wrong parts well that was ok but then still would not provide a RA label they wanted photo of the dryer and the photo of the model and serial numbers. Had to take the door off the dryer to get to the label. I sent all this by email first they said they could not see the numbers as they were out of focus well I resent the photos. ALL THIS WAS A DELAYING ACTION as they still refuse to provide a RA number. all this to save $10 over the other parts suppler. Stay away from this company it's not worth dealing with this low ball company.

I order a part for my dishwasher and received a call from Ryan to verify the part was what I wanted since the part number didn't match the model number I provided. The level of customer service I received is something you don't get very often especially from an online store. And I received the part in two business days.

These guys...unlike Samsung customer service and Samsung's monopoly parts supplier that will not let you know anything unless you buy from THEM...were extremely helpful in getting me back up and running. Big thumbs up to Parts Dr.

Big thumbs down to Samsung's accountability for a poor design that has flooded hundreds of houses and they have failed miserably in owning up to the problem and helping their customers remedy the situation.

I needed my refrigerator up and running for a New Year's Day party so I ordered 6 days in advance and paid for overnight shipping. At 9am the next day I asked them to add a part to my shipment. I was told it was already shipped. Three days later it was still in their warehouse. I told them to cancel the order as I would not get it in time. They said they could not cancel because the part already shipped. I called Fedex and was told the part was never picked up, just a label had been created but no scans of receiving or shipping, nothing in transit.

I was told that it has shipped and fedex just missed a scan. So, I asked them to change it to a Saturday delivery so I could get it in time for the party. I was told that was not an option but they would call fedex and have my order "turned around" and they would issue a refund. HOW DO YOU TURN AROUND A PACKAGE THAT NEVER SHIPPED! So, I have no working fridge for my party but I did order the part on Amazon with free shipping and will have the part on January 2nd. The same day Parts Dr's part would be delivered because they failed to ship it.

I placed an order on Dec 23rd, 2 days before Christmas. They shipped it the same day, and it arrived the very next day (Christmas eve) here in California. How amazing is that!?! It was well-packaged in the manufacturers box. I'm a very happy customer!

I ordered two parts from here. I typed in the model number from my Samsung refrigerator and up popped up replacement parts. There were pictures so it looks easy enough to order the right part in case you don't have a part number which would be pretty hard for anyone to know . I paid for the shipping and received the two parts. The first was right and the second was wrong. I called and the customer adverse person on the other end admonished me for not knowing my "model number" which is apparently clearly marked on my refrigerator under "model number." I read that number to him and he proceded to tell me that wasn't really the model number he needed the BOM number. Well I asked what BOM stood for if it wasn't model number? He said "bill of materials." Oh I guess I'm supposed to know that before I order off the website and that is the number they go off of?? Anyway he wanted to charge me a return fee and recharge to send out the correct part. Which means I would spend an additional $24 for a correct part. When I told him I didn't think it was fair he proceeded to ask me whose fault it was that I ordered the wrong part in a very condescending tone. This was from the manager. An embarrassment to the company, although I am sure this arrogance comes from the top. Zero customer service. They do not deserve to be in business for misleading customers into ordering the wrong parts and then taking zero responsibility. Classless.

I ordered a part online Sunday evening. I received a call from Parts Dr. on Monday just to be sure that I had ordered the right part. I had (luckily). I have the part installed and its Tuesday afternoon!

Great Customer service. I have found my "go to" parts company. I love it. What a great experience! Woohoo!!!

I paid 127.87 for an item on this store shipping included 6.99 I returned the Item and I paid for shipping and today I received an email that they will return only 114.84, they took 13:03 dollars with no explanation. Much Better to buy in a local Store to avoid this kind of situations.
I don't recommend them.

I overnighted a package and paid the extra 24 bucks to get it here. However the last number on my address populated incorrectly on the delivery field. So, Fed ex has, for the past 5 days tried to deliver a package to a non existent address. I figured out what the problem was and called parts dr to get it corrected and just got through giving them my debit card information because they're charging me twenty more dollars to make the change. It's frustrating to know that I paid 24 dollars to overnight a part and their system doesn't catch non existent addresses. Especially FedEx.

If i would have placed my address as 555 willy wonka way, they would have still taken my overnight money and attempted to deliver the product.

My stove isn't even 6 months old so I was very upset that I scratched it. After buying expensive paint that didn't match from other vendors, I found this site. The staff looked it up for me to make sure it was correct and got the part Tuesday morning. Stove looks brand new again

I ordered a main board for my 8 yr old GE sidexside refrigerator.
It was easy to find on the PartsDr site and then contacted customer service. The CS Rep was knowledgeable and helpful.
The price was better than any other source which saved me about a $100. I was more than pleased with the transaction and support from Ryan and PartsDr. I would recommend this appliance parts source to anyone without question. Its easy to find parts online but more important to be able to speak to a courteous professional in customer service.
