Find parts for your motorcycle side by side atv and jet ski

Ordered 4 simple bolts 3 days ago. Provided my CC number. Was supposed to get an email with the order specifics. Still no email. Sent them two messages from their website. Nothing. Sent them an email from my service, waiting to see what happens. What a pain in the ****!

Their website states orders come from the manufacturer and ship in 3-5 days. After 9 business days I emailed them, no response. On day 10 I called and it took them 5 minutes to find my order.. Then miraculously they had the part and it would ship that day. Ordered 5/1, delivered 5/21. Part does not match the one on the bike although the part # matches the number on the schematic. We'll see how the return process goes.

If I could check 1/2 star I would, and that is giving Partshark to much credit, I am warning you do not buy from Partshark! also they go by another name [Flat Out Motorsports]. I was purchasing a OEM exhaust muffler from them and mistakenly ordered a exhaust pipe , when I received the product and opened it, I realized the mistake I notified them to return and order the correct item, the customer service told me that they will send me a RMA # for the return by e-mail. I waited two days and nothing, so I called PARTSHARK, aka Flat Out Motorsports, and a male answered the phone I ask for the manager, the person said I am the manager. I explained to him what the situation was, and that I wanted to return the item, he chuckled and said we do not return OEM exhaust sorry I can't help you. I said your return policy states nothing about OEM exhaust , only fenders and decals. He said well that's just the way it is. I asked for the owner of the company, he said sorry but hes not here and he will agree with me. I said okay I will be back and hung up. I notified the BBB Better Business Bureau, They tried contacting them no response. So BBB referred me to the Attorney Gen. of Indiana, Very helpful in solving my issue. After a tennis match of contacting one another. Partshark ended up refunding me the full amount, this started in Nov 3rd 2017 and I just got refunded Feb 16th 2018. This company is very disorganized and the communication within the company it a struggle to do business with Partshark aka Flat Out Motorsports
