SCAM, SCAM,SCAM. THEY WILL TELL YOU LIE, AFTER THEY LIE JUST TO COVER BUTTS! MONEY WAS PAID ON APRIL 13,2020! STATED TODAY PACKAGE WAS PICKED UP AT GRAPEVINE,TX BY USPS IT STILL SITTING IN GRAPEVIE. I REALLY DON'T THINK IT BE HERE AT MY LOCATION IN 2 DAYS!! THEY TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR ORDERS. SO I SEE THEM AS SCAMMERS. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. NOT TO SCAM MY MONEY!!!!

Awful company. I waited over 6 weeks for my order, it never arrived. I then asked for a refund, 8 weeks of nagging and I still do not have my refund. Do not trust this company, apparently the clothes are cheap knockoffs from China.

I ordered some really cute baby outfits for my sisters baby shower. Everything was incredibly cheap compared with other baby clothes available so I wasn’t expecting much and shipping was long about 3 weeks. When package arrived (day before the baby shower) I was actually really shocked at the high quality of the material and every outfit was perfect. Super cute!! The sizes for adults is quite large though however baby and toddler outfits are true sizes. I highly recommend this company for original and high quality baby and children apparel for a low price.

Check on their reviews on the Better Business Bureau before ordering!! I continue to ask for a full refund from this company as it took 40+ business days for "shipping" when it really was stuck in customs for part of the time. I have been in contact with this company almost a dozen times now through their website, email, facebook, and instagram. They refuse to initiate a refund and continue to send me messages "apologizing" in order to run down the 14 day return policy. I did not use the items, cannot use them, they are in perfect condition as they were received and I requested a return the day I got them. Besides the long wait the quality was very poor on two of the items. One item claimed to be 95% cotton and was this scratchy, shiny material. Definitely not cotton. Note that the website says 30 days but their communication with me keeps mentioning 14 days. According to their website: "30 days to Return? If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it." They refuse to initiate a refund. BEWARE!

Shocking. They take your money and then dont send any goods, then block you from your account saying 'email not reconised' so you cant even 'track' your order. Most likely because they have not sent the items. I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This is a scam website beware.

I recently purchased few clothes for my daughter and my son from Patpat and they are adorable. The dress that my daughter wore on a birthday party, everyone admired and wanted to know where I purchased it from.
↵I think it got some great bargains and some really good styles. So far, everything I has purchased has washed well, hasn’t shrunk and I am getting a lot of wear out of everything.
↵Last but not the least, they have really good team of customer service. I was served by Rohanie and I must say that she was very prompt and guided me very well, through my shopping journey. Loved her professional and timely response.

When my items arrived they were great quality, but I had an issue with the sizing of a couple of them. When I wanted to return, Rohanie resolved my problem very quickly and I am extremely happy with the solution that was offered. I will definitely buy from here again.↵

Melvin did an excellent job with my return. I was trying to get a different size shirt and he allowed me to keep the shirt I purchased and instead offered me a voucher for the refund. I think this was a much more convenient option!↵

I placed my order on Dec. 17th and was told it would arrive around the 23rd and 27th. It did not so I called and asked about the situation and was told it was at customs. Problems there and they would resend the order. After texting back and forth for days I was asked to please be patient. I wasn't! Thank you Sean W. for helping me and i will practice patience. I accidentally put the wrong city and zip in my shipping address. PatPat responded on a timely manner to my emails and did all that they could to try and intercept. Once they found the package in their returned warehouse they quickly got it back on the road and to it's destination. Thank you!↵

The dresses that I ordered from Patpat are very nice, I really like it. However it isn’t true size. The size tags on the dresses don’t match the Patpat tags which is really confusing. When I contacted the customer service they replied me in short period of time. The customer services team member - Arrdev solved the issue efficiently.

Shopping with PatPat was surprisingly better than i thought, especially after reading some reviews online after delivery duration. I thought my parcel was lost as i waited several weeks, but when i emailed customer service and they replied and checked with logistics, the parcel was delivered to my friend in Taiwan in a week from when i ordered. They are responsive and customer service officer Jimmy was very helpful and polite with the replies.
