The first vest I received last year was perfect. Ordered a back up several months ago and it was 1/2 the size.

Donated, took a partial refund and ordered again.

This one is even smaller.

Not even close to their website picture. I am disputing the charge.

Don’t trust the pictures at all.

Horrible company! The collar we order did not work. I called to return, no one ever answered the phone (I called at least 50 times throughout 30 days). I emailed customer support about a refund and they conveniently didn't respond until my 30 day return period was over.

Terrible. Definitely a scam. I ordered my babies wheels on March 4th and I keep sending them emails, I always get the same response, "that they are working on it". Shame shame on them for playing with people's feelings, babies and money.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I placed an order for dog booties realized asap they ran small. Tried to cancel 2 mins later. I immediately reach out to their customer support. They emailed back telling me the order went through and I couldn’t cancel even though the item hasn’t shipped yet. Then It took over 3 weeks to arrive w no packing slip. They make the return process difficult and you have to pay for shipping return. Not worth the headache or shipping cost. It’s a scam Co is out of China beware.

Scam! Still haven’t received the dog coat. Signed up to track shipment & so far 40 entries for tracking, but no delivery. It’s finally in the right state, but bouncing from center to center. Guessing incorrect or illegible label. No way to check. Filing a complaint with my CC company.

Be sure to read their return policy before ordering anything. If you want to make an exchange you have to pay to ship the product back to them. In my situation the return shipping would have been 60% of the cost of my purchase. Not wanting to throw good money after bad, I'm stuck with a set of booties that don't fit.

This company is a scam. Buyer beware, and they tried to use my debit card. They will give you a fake tracking number and their phone number is a fake. They are a company in India. Don't use them.

Buyer beware! Ordered cuddles bed - in stock expected delivery 2 days. 3 weeks later after multiple emails requesting cancellation due to non-delivery - they delivered the wrong color. This was a gift so of course my son opened it. Opened items can’t be returned. No way to contact the company except email. No response to any of my requests. This place is a scam. Do not use. Product is low quality, ugly in pink - so yeah thanks for that - and ‘company’ is probably run out someone’s basement.

Awful!! We ordered the wireless fence and it did NOT work. It beeped every time it was on our dog no matter where he was in our backyard. We have reached out to customer support via phone and email without any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered a backpack carrier and it was too small. I didn't even take it out of the original clear plastic wrapper bag. Their website says all items have a 30 day free return policy. But, they won't answer their phone. They have a voice message that states you have to email them. I emailed them three times. I haven't heard anything back. So far I think I'm stuck with a $60 useless backpack. If this changes, I will update my review.

BEWARE!!!: You don't want to be ripped off. I needed a Pet Carrier to transport my 20 pound cat to the Vet, etc.. They are hard to find. He is very big, heavy, and hard to handle. I went online and found Paw Roll, and was able to find a Pet Carrier that looked like it was perfect for us.

Paw Roll's Website is difficult navigate, Customer Service is not able to be contacted on their website and/or by telephone. All you get are email and voicemail messages either telling you to email True in support. All you get is an email informing you that they received your request with a number and support was assessing the situation. If you try to call them, a female voice tells you no one is there to answer your call, and to leave a message and someone will contact you shortly.

Big yikes. Spent 75 dollars on this product when it was on "sale" from $100+. Picture made it look nice and big. After waiting a month to receive this product directly from China to the U.S., we were displeased when the fur of the paw roll was shedding more than our golden retriever does. The seams appeared to be falling apart as well. In addition, the size of the bed would only fit a small lap dog even though we purchased a larger size. Now that we are ready to return it, they only allow refunds 30 days from the purchase date (not the receiving date) to request a return for the item. Because it took 30 days to get to us, we felt that this policy was really unfair. We also made the mistake of not looking at their return policy. Supposedly they expect you to ship it all the way back to China at your expense if you wish for a refund. At that point, it isn't even worth it.

The harness I received is very low quality. It is basically coming apart at the seams and the velcro name tags do not stick. Both tags fell off within a week and are lost. I've e-mailed PawRoll twice over the last few weeks and they have not responded. Due to the poor quality and lack of customer service I would never purchase from this company again.

it took me a minute to find out I could use a credit card instead of going through pay pal. I almost didn't buy it from you. If you list the option sooner instead of going to shop and then check out. maybe it is just me, but you almost lost a customer.

ordering is easy and quick, However, It remains to be seen about the quality of the product that I ordered, and overall service from the company, so far so good, I did not see any bad reviews for this company, so I am taking another chance in online ordering.
