Hi Worst customer care service. 1) I called you up 5 times and after waiting 10 min each time, call got disconnected. No reply from you. 2) I got error in return/replacement option, there is no return option, only replacement option is shown and when I opted it, it says "We are sorry - this product just went out of stock with the seller. You can opt to return the product and place a new order.". Now do not know how to return the product. 3) This is my 3rd order through paytm, all 3 times I am required to return the product due to bad quality issue/defective items. I suggest everyone never ever buy product from paytm.

I had to KYC update but for that my my old paytm account should be closed since I can't use the same documents again. So I got to speak to customer care agent after I had to wait for 20mins, first agent themselves are stupid to ask me the same questions again and again which I have answered and repeated multiple times since for this simple job they kept transferring my call to different agents and that's too again after waiting for almost half an hour on phone. I had submitted all important documents as they requested but no help yet! It's been more than a week now, over that I pressed the button to block my old no.account which I have lost long ago but they blocked my current account and email. If I knew the customer service is disaster for paytm I would have never added amount to my account and suffer like today. Over that they ask mam any other problem that they can help with, I m like sir please solve the first problem atleast!

Not sure how paytm is found in every grocery store for payments. As an individual I am finding trouble to login. I just tried to enter my account for funds transfer and it has registered it permanently with UPI. This is a scary app. Now it doesnt allow me to login. Says client_id unknown. I am uninstalling this app. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Paytm you are doing frauds actually stealing money and even deleting the transaction details, cases and chats. I did payment for vodaphone which was unsuccessful and the amount got deducted from paytm wallet. I was able to see the transaction in statement and even I raised case too but these guys didn’t refund the Money. And deleted all the details from app. And customer care is useless, they are giving me robotic answers. And this is same I thought about these wallet companies.

Fraud company. Due to paytm i need to 1.5lacs extra Last moment they cancel my tikt n didnt inform us In airport we came to know. More than 30 time we called no revert. They are accepting its there mistake but not ready to repay amt

Very Bad Experience.In the transaction failure,since more then 7days paytm deducted the amount and when i call to their customer care(CC) they simple drop one SMS to register the complaint. i want to talk to their CC. Do not use paytm for any transaction.

paytm charges money 4% for transfer the money to own account for merchant it is free what is this very poor service

its such a waste app, other apps dont charge so much of money by mistake i added 10000 instead of 1000 and to retrieve that i had to pay 400 rps. no a friendly useful app .. i uninstalled it immediately... kindly viewers use something thats useful for us .. not these kind of apps which rob money

Didn't get delivered in time and extended for 2 more working day. While contacted to customer care they even not respond correctly to customers. And finally of money and time.

Not to use Paytm is fraud, don't book bus ticket from then, bus operator cancel booking and paytm not refund ---- don't book bus ticket _-------- Paytm is fraud

I booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Jaipur. I called the bus operator before scheduled departure. He gave wrong information about the bus. Unfortunately I had already paid for the journey i didn't even travel. Worst customer care, they put calls on hold for long. They didn't even listen to queries. Extremely disappointed.
