I was in need of a PLC power supply unit ( P-7) asap. When searching online, I couldn't believe how much a new unit cost (+$3,800). I found pdfsupply.com. A remanufactured unit cost only $200! I ordered 3 units (2 for spares). The units were delivered overnight. The power supply unit was installed and haven't had a problem since. I am ordering other plc power supply units for my plant. I also received a follow up call from pdfsupply. Great service!

Todd was very helpful when I called for a quote. He was able to very quickly provide me with several different available options and was able to process everything very quickly so that the parts could ship out that day for overnight shipping. It was also helpful that he suggested some other possible parts that we should consider ordering to resolve our issue. I also appreciated that they were quick to provide the final invoice and tracking information. And was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call to make sure that everything worked as expected. I would definitely purchase from them again.

When one of our critical pieces of equipment went down due to a failed communication module, I contacted PDF in my hunt for a replacement. Even though the component was outdated, they had it in their inventory and were able to ship it overnight. Their service was quick and helpful, and they delivered a great product that got our equipment back online fast!

Working with PDF was great from start to finish. Jason Goodman handled the initial request with pleasure. He then kept a close watch on the material to make sure it was being handled with care and shipped in a timely manner. Monica Cruz made sure my invoices and packing slips were to perfection. Finally, Pete Maloney contacted me with a follow up after order was processed and shipped. Again, working with PDF was exceptional and kudos to the team and the company as a whole!!!

As a reseller of electrical products to the Mining and food production industries. we struggled to supply some goods as fast as we or the customer would like. Many suppliers help us with this rapid cost effective responce, PDF Supply being or major supplier for Fanuc spares. Over thee last few years we have built up a very good working relationship with Monica and other staff, and for as long as we need these spares we will continue to deal with them. with an average 3-4 day turnaround on orders delivered to Australia, it is is 4-5 weeks faster than local suppliers.

We were in a pickle for some PLCs a couple weeks ago. I hit the PDFSupply.com web site and it showed they had stock. We borrowed a part from another plant for same day delivery and I submitted my RFQ through the web site for what I needed to give back to the other plant. Most other sites take a day or two but I had my quote in the morning and my parts the next day at pennies on the dollar compared to the OEM. Great job!

The parts I needed are no longer manufactured. PDF Supply was able to repair our broken parts and return them very quickly. Their website provides a huge amount of support on software and was helpful in diagnosing our issue.

Thanks PDF Supply for the fantastic customer service.. I needed some parts on Saturday morning to repair an issue in one of our resort in Puerto Rico. PDFSupply is closed on Saturday and Sunday but Jason came early on Saturday morning to meet with me and deliver the parts. I was able to fly to Puerto Rico and deliver the parts and fix the issue on Saturday night. This issue was affecting our guests tremendously and without Jason quick response and help, it would have made the week-end a really bad experience for our guests... THANKS PDF SUPPLY. You really made a difference

The initial call was very fast. I had a part number of the piece needed. the rep converted it to there part number said it was in stock (the best thing to here when in dire straight's). paid be credit card and the next day had our machine back on line. Thanks, Best Regards Joe VS.

Customer service was very helpful. I needed technical assistance and they were willing to help troubleshoot my problem. Also helped me with a piece of test equipment that I needed to complete the job. Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted PDF several months ago when I found that the products we use were becoming obsolete. I spoke with Jason Goodman who informed me about the products and services PDF offered. I have been contacting PDF ever since for the same part and at times seeing if they have any other parts I'm searching for. Jason is always very helpful and informative.

Via a GOOGLE inquiry, vendor makes themself know as ready and available for your needs. This is the TRUTH. From my simple email asking for a RFQ, a response followed immediately. The ordering process was also a pleasure and only to be followed by constant update of the order status keeping me always informed. On a scale of 1 to 10, my experience with them would be 11. So if you break it and need it, they will get the FIX for you.
