I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

This is the fifth diary insert I have ordered from this company. They are very efficient, orders arrive quickly and the only time I had to contact them, after I had made a mistake, they were friendly and pleasant and the problem was sorted out immediately. A very good firm to deal with.

I didn't receive my first order and I contacted Pen Heaven to advise that I had not received my package. They were very helpful and sent out the order again and all went smoothly and I received my package within a day or two.

I have used Pen Heaven several times and always received first class service. Always get prompt advice when I ask a question and goods arrive promptly and well pocked. Gift wrapping service is excellent.

I bought a Diplomat Excellence pen from Pen Heaven - including engraving.

The laser engraving works perfect - precisely in line with the axis of the pen - turned as promised for a lefthanded, and the symbols/letters stand crisp and sharp exposing the underlying ( brass ? ) metal of the pen.

Highly recommended. And a very fast service as well !

I ordered a pen for my niece's birthday, but thought I'd left it a bit late, as I only ordered it the day before her birthday and wanted it engraved as well. However, it arrived on the day; she was thrilled with her present and I was probably even more thrilled that it had arrived on time!

I ordered two pens from Pen Heaven as their website is very good and their pricing is very competitive. The pens arrived quickly and were very good. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on their website and probably be ordering more fountain pens from them before too long no doubt!

I bought a beautiful pen with engraving for my father and he absolutely loved it. I have since purchased more stationery for my kids and will purchase more in the future. Highly recommend purchasing from Pen Heaven. The pens all came in beautiful wrapping too.
