I contacted them and they asked for a picture of my "old" refill, I bought 4 refills, paid the postage but when they arrived the didn't fit my pen. I contacted them and they said they could give me a refund if I sent them back paying more postage. So, I would be paying two lots of postage to end up with nothing.

With some doubt in my mind of the quality and delivery i was brilliantly surprised with high standard execution of the engraving and prompt delivery within 2 working days despite the coronavirus complications. A marvelous gift, many thanks!

Excellent service from first phone call, 24 hr engraving service and dispatch. Beautiful pen arrived on time beautifully packaged.

Item returned to them two weeks ago due to incomplete address. Have phoned and emailed several times only to be fobbed off with the excuse that it hasn’t arrived back yet. So ultimately I have paid for an item which I’ve not received.

I have been tracking my package since May. It is currently in the United States. My mailing address is Germany. Your customer support told me to wait 4-5 weeks? Is it magically going to redirect itself to Europe? Would rather have a refund or new product sent to correct address.

This is the second order I have made and received two years apart. Nothing had changed. Ordering was easy, choice was difficult as so many, delivery was quick- 3 days from order to delivery by post including the personalisation. To finalise I now have two happy little girls each with their own individual personalised pens. What’s not to like?!

A good choice of specialist pens for my dyspraxic ten year old, which were in stock and promptly delivered. I bought a Yoropen pen and pencil which she really likes, and are helping her to improve her grip and feel less fatigued when writing

I’ve bought a number of items from Pen Heaven now ranging from ink and replacement cartridges to fountain pens. Their service has been quite outstanding. In addition to being great value, the customer service department is exemplary when I have had any issues with orders. A really good company to deal with who care about their customers.
