The Rep that I spoke with, Chris, was extremely helpful in working with me to renew my Liability Insurance for my Company. He answered any questions that I had, and offered directions when needed, as I was going through the process of renewal for the first time.

I have been insured previously by another company where there was membership fees and a lot more paperwork.
It is nice that there was minimal paperwork and before I was approved, someone checked to make sure I was an authentic business.

I have been a policyholder for two years. I have not had to file a claim, but it is straightforward to purchase online.

I initially called in and spoke with a man named Tim. He had a cold demeanor and acted like he wanted the phone call to end. Very poor customer service, especially with a new customer. I almost didn't purchase the policy. It made me feel like the situation was sketchy. I hope I'm wrong. Some things could have been a little clearer on the website.

One phone call to get answers to a couple of questions was all it took for me to switch providers....and it saved me $120!!!! Agent who answered my call and questions was very professional, thorough and patient.

I spoke to two different agents, because I called two times. Both were knowledgeable and informative. I did purchase the insurance and understood my options to add other coverage's as I deem necessary. I feel confident and safer knowing I am protected while I pet/house sit.

The price is great, but the website is confusing - if you add any new coverage to an existing policy during your coverage period you receive less value for the new coverage because you must pay the full year price even if there is only six months left in your current policy (no prorating). Also the waiver states boarding and kenneling is excluded from the coverage but does not define boarding/kenneling as having 11+ dogs for daycare or 5+ dogs overnight. I am sure there are some more confusing items on the website I haven't encountered yet. I really would like to read a review of someone's experience filing a claim - I sure hope PCI is legit and processes claims w/o any issues.

We haven't had any accidents through 2018, PetCare Insurance seems is very lucky insurance besides being affordable, so in a new year we are going again with PetCare Insurance as our choice.

I have used Pet Care Insurance for a couple years now and thankfully I have never had to submit a claim, I find that the process of applying for the insurance very easy. I also feel the price is just right for my small business.
