No reply after three reviews about incorrect milage on my car I have contacted finance coy about complaint

Still waiting for my car to go into the garage as promised when purchasing the car on the 25th of April. Poor after sales service

Sales team were really helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble for them it was a really nice place to deal with can't fault the help I received

Sales team were absolutely brilliant with dealing with the transaction of my vehicle that I had bought. They all worked hard to get me my vehicle as soon as possible Which was hard enough with the garage closed due to lockdown throughout the country. When I did turn up to collect car and issues came to light that car wasn't ready. They gave us a courtesy care as we needed a car as my wife is a key worker locally. Which they didn't need to supply us with. Which we were very very grateful of. And helped my wife to continue with her work whilst they sorted out the issues. A wk later the car was ready to which I'm very pleased with.

Went above and beyond to get us a car as quickly as possible given the situation my partner was in she needed an automatic ASAP with her being a district nurse. Friendly attitude and really went beyond what I would have expected to get things for us.

I purchase a 16 plate Vauxhall Astra Design Sports Tourer 1.6 Diesel Design £8,150 with 26k miles from Peter Vardy Car Store, Hillington, in November 2019. I pointed out several issues the day after collection including loose steering column. cracked windscreen, dangerously worn brakes creaking suspension to name just a few, which you would not expect from a reputable car dealership. The car has been back to the garage twice. Peter Vardy Car Store Hillington asked Peter Vardy Vauxhall, Edinburgh to undergo the repairs but the issues have still not been resolved. I am now experiencing new faults with the vehicle which is raising my suspicion as to the vehichles past history. Consumer Advice Scotland have provided me with three complaint templates in accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015. There has been no response from all three letters even though I sent a copy to the CEO. This has been an ongoing battle over the last 5 months. Made numerous phone calls, every time nobody is willing to take ownership, promise a callback which never comes to fruition. There seems to be an inability to speak with the customer and their own dealerships.

I took my previous car to Peter Vardy Vauxhall Edinburgh for a major service which cost £1500. It was a 62 plate Vauxhall Zafira 1.7 Design Diesel with 99,000 miles. I requested a cam belt replacement and was upsold a replacement water pump and auxiliary belt. Other than that the car was a very good runner. Picked my car up and the drive quality was completely different. The car was sluggish and after days I was getting an array of lights flashing on the dashboard and the car ground to a halt and would not start. The car had to be towed to the garage. Peter Vardy Vauxhall advised to repair the car would cost a further £3000. I was unable to pay this so they offered me a trade in of £1000. I have traced the car which has been bought by a small dealership in Cheshire which are selling the car for £3,750. I know car dealerships are required to make a profit but surely there is legislation for this extortion

Very poor experience with PV Edinburgh. Basically first they tried to ‘do’ me with a trade-in value well below market. Then when their own “guaranteed” online valuation came up with a higher realistic figure they refused to honour it and said they didn’t know where their own system got the numbers from! Avoid.

No need to pass my feedback on to your managers. I already did this directly and my dissatisfaction was dismissed out of hand. That’s what infuriated me into writing this review.

We have to start by saying that this is a review based on the fourth car that we have purchased from Peter Vardy Perth,
each time the experience has been faultless, the staff at the store are there for you, that also includes the reception staff,
nothing seems to be a problem. We live on the West coast in Argyll and have no problems crossing the country to the East
coast because of their professionalism and friendliness. This time we purchased the car through David a week before the COVID-19 lockdown,
we found the car, did the deal but the arranged collection date was due to fall inside the lockdown date,
David went out of his way to bring the car to us a day before that date. A big thank you to David for making it possible.
We can't find any fault with the Perth garage at all and would highly recommend them to you all .

Great service

I was purchasing my car as the global pandemic was forcing us ever closer to lockdown. The service was still excellent and reassuring despite the uncertainty it was good to know I was being looked after and kept well informed throughout the process.

The staff was amazing. The approach was very good.

Excellent experience generally. Supported and looked after by sales staff member Douglas Sinclair who led me through the process making the whole journey of car buying straight forward and efficient. Additional support from management was reassuring and post delivery aftercare and support from Douglas has also been good?.
